Entertainment Tonight (ET) has aired Part 2 of their Transformers: Age Of Extinction Special and it’s off to Hong Kong.
Again, the report seems to confirm few names from the movie, but this time they are humans:
“However, setting up the many explosions, while also simultaneously dealing with distractions from onlookers, leaves the cast with plenty of downtime. When Mark Wahlberg wasn’t giving Rocsi tips on how to throw football, he and Jack Reynor were up to no good playing pranks on Nicola Peltz.“We got Wild Weave Wednesdays…when Mark and I rip out Nicola’s weave every Wednesday,” shared Reynor (Shane), who plays Peltz’s (Tessa) boyfriend in the fourth installment of the Transformers live-action film series.”
But it’s Director Michael Bay who caught our attention, when he reveals a Plot Secret from the upcoming movie.

Mechabreaker
My thoughts exactly.
EnergonWaffles
I interpreted Bay's spoiler as "human/Cybertronian technology has progressed to the point where humanity is in danger of destroying itself along with the Earth."
I wonder if it could be like the nuclear arms race- countries pouring money into programs that make weapons/beings without fully understanding the consequences.
moreprimeland
Maybe he wants Earth to cobble up what's left of Cybertron.

Guys ET just showed an extended version of Part 1 (includes part 2) this extended version showed an extreme close up of the clapper board with the black Decepticon robot. They also had a small interview with Kelsey Grammar in that version aswell. We will have to wait and see until they release the episode on their website to get a closer look at the black robot.

its not dino, its a different car.
pulidoa88
Hey, we got to see Dino; even for a split second. Hope his assumed absence is explained.
I'm still only watching the movie, to see what it is about. Not a fan of a new cast in any movie; in general.
Bad Spark
ATTINGER: I don’t want the Decepticons destroyed. We can dominate them, use their power. Harness their very essence to bring humanity to the apex of evolution.
OPTIMUS: Listen to yourself. You're indoctrinated!

Cannibalize is also a tern that means to salvage parts or pieces from things.
Actually it's the first definition in the dictionary.
So I assume they mean we are harvesting large parts of our resources to make machinery on a larger scale than we already do with mining.
BeeOtch217
It doesn't even make sense. "To Cannibalize" means to eat ones own race or kind. So are the Humans (or the TFs they create) really that hungry? I don't think Michael Bay really knows what that word means let alone what he is talking about.
Ash from Carolina
Or science has been working on the idea of self replicating robots so if something like that ever got out of control we'd have invented our own version of the scraplets.
Kaymac
My guess is he means we have advanced so far that our technology could endanger the world. I'm guessing somebody has made their own Transformer on Earth.

This
Rumblestorm
Could anyone tell me what KSI is? I've seen that acronym being thrown around here a bit.
menasor73ct
Scary as hell a bayverse unicron, big scary robot with a headsculpt like skids or mudflap
Probably featuring some of the anatomy of devestator from revenge of the fallen too
Autovolt 127
As vague as that sounds, it does sound cool.
zijital
And maybe some of this Cybertronian-based tech has been on earth longer than we knew? oooooh, exciting!
QLRformer
So is this sort of set in the future, with an ANIMATED scenario where advanced Cybertronian-based tech has generally taken over?
That sounds intriguing.
Securis
That's not a goddamned spoiler, it's a cryptic tease.
Gingerchris
It sounds like he wanted to say something cryptic to get fansites into a froth. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't actually mean anything but it's fun watching people tie themselves in knots trying to work it out.
Wait, we stopped flinging it?
Awwww…
*puts down poop*
Lucky escape, Michael Bay…
aptkane
Lol, there's more than a good chance she knows absolutely nothing about Transformers whatsoever, fyi. I'd let it slide.
