Thanks for the offers but I'm already set up with someone grabbing one for me

Not gonna lie, I'm super down to hear more Games Workshop related tangents every so often.
A few notes about the current state of GW. They just recently ended their licensing agreement with Fantasy Flight Games, who was making various board and card games, plus RPGs, with GW's IP. FFG had that license for about a decade and put out some really great games. They were some good ways to enjoy the 40k universe (which I love dearly) without having to deal with GW's bullshit. A few things recently seemed to lead to the end of this relationship:
-GW began making more self-contained games. You guys mentioned a redone Space Hulk. That came out in 2009 (called 3rd edition) in very limited quantites, then again a few years later (called 4th edition, but there were no actual changes to anything. Same models, same boards, same box even) in more regular quantities. They've been putting out a few other self contained games for the past couple of years. All of them are still super expensive (and in scale with regular 40k so you can port the models over), but it has generally been seen as a positive move. However, if GW are now making board games themselves, one could ask if there was a point to them having a license to another board game company who has….
-Become a competitor. A few years after FFG got the GW licenses, they acquired the Star Wars license. Of course, this was huge. The biggest thing out of this has been X-Wing, a pre-painted miniatures game that has been wildly successful. And this year, X-Wing became the first miniatures game to outsell 40k in some markets (North America for sure). FFG's next move may have been because they already knew that they were losing the GW licenses, but it still looked ballsy.
-They announced a miniatures game this past GenCon that at least from outward appearances, looks to try to market to Warhammer Fantasy players that felt burned by Age of Sigmar. Seriously, look at this picture:
That's not Warhammer Fantasy, that's FFG's upcoming RuneWars miniatures game. And it looks like a big middle finger to Games Workshop, which makes me laugh.

I found a lot of Alternator/Binaltechs were far pickier about precise and simultaneous movements than any of the Hasui Car Robot MPs
Listener question checks go far back~
Requiem Prime
Yo Vangelus! Transformers Adventure Geoffrey Prime Exclusive – Transformers Transformers Adventure Transformers Adventure Geoffery Prime on BBTS
Also, I have a question, since you\'ve been podcast bombing us lately, how far back do you check for new questions?

So can anyone explain to me why people keep saying Alternators/Binaltech were complicated? I just do not understand it. They're deluxe-level engineering on a larger scale. The only thing I can think of is they were the first "collector" line for many, fans were younger at the time (mid to late 20s), and they haven't messed with Alternators in many years.
The most confusing is how people love the MP Datsuns but say the Alt/Binal Subaru and RX8 are complicated. The MP Datsun is the same transformation as the Alt Suburu on a smaller scale but with more complicated legs. So yeah, color me confused

@Vangelus and @Seth Buzzard
Realized my question was similar to one you already answered, but I had already submitted mine
And yes. Swedish Fish Oreos are dog crap.

i'm pretty sure that Geoffrey Prime is the Minicon Battlepack mold, not the Warrior class.
Requiem Prime
Oh my god! I thought I was the only one who didn\'t like Iron Factory\'s Overlord! Since he was my first taste of the design, I figured I just didn\'t like Overlord.

Toys r us does indeed price match as long as an add or website can be shown from a major retailer. Trust me, I work there.

@Seth Buzzard , if you want an at-cost Death's Head I could try and nab you one. Let me know.
I might have to be on the lookout for a Geoffrey Prime as well…

Geoffrey has stars now instead of spots, so I dig those leg-stars on Geoffrey Prime.
