Via Cybertron 21 on Facebook we have some in-package images of the Transformers Authentics Titan Changers to share with you.
This is our first in-hand look at this new addition to the Authentics line. Simple and easy-to-transform 12-inch figures of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron with a nice Evergreen packaging art. While most of these Authentics toys have been spotted at bargain stores, this time they were spotted at Wong, a major and important supermarket chain in Peru. They are priced 45.00 Soles or $13.00 approximately. A fair price for a figure this size.

Nevermore
Aloha Cheetor, the redeco that wears a Hawaii shirt.
Venixion
Which is precisely my point. I count Screamer and Grim in that assessment too.
fallenspartan
Because those characters tend to be more well known. We do have Beast Wars characters starting to sprinkle into other lines, so it’s possible we could see Aloha Cheetor one day.
WishfulThinking
They did Starscream and Grimlock, too. But they're doing the characters that they know will sell well.
It's like with Power Rangers where Hasbro is spamming Daizyuzin over and over again because that particular mech is the face of the franchise. (On a side note, it's partially why the modern Power Rangers movie got everything so wrong, resulting in a poorly received movie. Even Hasbro knew Michael Bay needed to make sure Optimus Prime looked like Optimus Prime, even if everyone else looked different.)
Venixion
Why do the budget toys seldom expand beyond this group of characters? Little kids like variety too.
timorvitae
Can Prime's head be removed?
WishfulThinking
These are surprisingly not all that bad, in relative terms to the Titan Changers before them.
TheWug83
If they\'re $13 I\'d buy the Prime and Megatron. They don\'t look that bad, I would end up painting them and displaying them. I will be passing on that Bumblebee though.
Jerrimus
That head sculpt on Prime looks sick. Meanwhile, Megatron has the same terrible look on his face that they keep doing to these cyberverse esque figures and makes him look very silly.
megatroptimus
I bought Optimus and Megatron at my local Walmart last Saturday. They may be hollow, but the transformations are fairly interesting, especially Megatron's. For 20 cad, I find them more interesting than the Cyberverse Warriors…
Rodimus Prime
For whatever reason, some people on this board don't understand sarcasm unless you make it blue.
Fallout
don't worry, my comment was poorly conveyed sarcasm
CorePrime
I don't think either of you understand the methodology behind these particular toys. These are BUDGET releases made on a budget intended to be sold directly to children at a low cost. It has nothing to do with laziness on Hasbro's part. It's all intentional.
Fallout
yeah, these 3 shitty budget toys easily negate every generations and masterpiece toy and prove hasblo just doesn't know how to make toys.

Wow. The Transformers toys are made with less & less care every year.
Cykill 1
I see these showing up at Family Dollar stores soon.
scrapmetaru
There is very little to be said about these stillborn tumors sloughing off a soulless, uncaring, nearly monopolized corporation.
Black Convoy
To my surprise the Transformers Authentics Titan Changers were found at Wong in Plaza San Miguel, and I think we haven't reported here before (or at least no one cared to post about them).
While many of these Authentics toys have ended into bargain stores, this is a major retail chain in my country. They are 45.00 Soles or $13.00 Reported at Cybertron 21
Simple and big toys, and they are kind of good for the price. Nice packaging indeed with the Evergreen art.
