Today we’ve got a fresh look at the Japan-only Supreme class entry into the Dark of the Moon line – Jetwings Optimus Prime. This gigantic toy is a remold of the acclaimed Revenge of the Fallen Buster Optimus Prime with a gigantic flight pack to recreate the spectacular scenes from the final battle in Chicago at the end of Transformers Dark of the Moon. How does it stack up to its Supreme Class pricetag? Check out 2005 Content Staff member SydneyY’s review (and extensive images) by reading on!

I have two things to say:
1. Awesome
2. What trailer is that?
RedAlert Rescue
This is a Jetwing Optimus but not in the Jetwing mode for a change.
Where are the Jetwings ?
Well someone "Borrowed" Them.

tik posted the link to the instruction for the main bot, and here are the instructions for the gun and wings.
Optimus Prime (Jetwing) – Transformers 3 Main Line – TFW2005
What I do to see the full size image is copy image ling address to a new window/tab. There might be a better way but I don't know

Optimus Prime (Leader) – ROTF Main Line – TFW2005

Need the instructions for this one… not in the pack when i bought it can anyone help????!!!!!
Scythe
No problem. There shouldn't really by any chipping, just go through it gently and such.
jaraxel
aaaaah, I see, thanks! I was wondering how to do this and couldn't figure out how people do it without chipping… let me try that on a spare prime later and see…
Scythe
Ah, dude, no! Super simple. Sorry for the late reply! All you need is a flathead screwdriver. The smaller the better. The tanks are hugging three circular tabs. Slip the screwhead between the shoulder panel and the tanks circular end that ends up attaching to the initial panel and just pop it off carefully. I did easily with no chrome chipping or anything. Let me know if ya understand this, it's harder to explain than I thought, but super easy.
jaraxel
I was looking at that actually… but couldn't figure out how to pull the chrome tanks out. Is it like pin removing?
Scythe
Mother of god, this is my favorite TF toy of all time. He's very nice on his own, but switch jetpacks between him and Nemmy, and awwwww yeeeaaaaahhhhhh!
These are pics from a haul thread, but imma professionally shoot both these bad boys.
^^What I did here was took away all his chrome parts and gave him to the regular prime and just switched the much darker parts regular one came with for Nemmy.
Frognal
I want to get one, but then I'll have to track down a RotF Jetfire to complete the set. And the KO Battle Blades. And all the while cursing the fact that the Striker Optimus parts aren't sold separately.
Batman
Yeah this is why I decided to bite the bullet and buy one. Hasbro really should have released this instead of Ultimate Prime.
jaraxel
I actually got both the original and nemesis versions
Personally I think the nemesis version looks better…. much better in person than in pictures since the green is actually a metallic green.
Shin Densetsu
Highly doubt it, I think if it was coming we would've seen it by now.
Batman
Oh man just ordered this dude today
Theprimeoflegen

Sorry if this is considered late but I was looking for pics with Mech Tech weapons added and found this thread. What are the black weapons pointing up on the thrusters? (It looks similar to if you put DB guns on Predaking wings.) Can the gatling guns be place on the jet pack in robot mode. So he is not holding them in his hands but are still functional or even stored. Is there a base mode (fan-made)? Can someone please post a pic of him holding a sword. thank you.

Cool, worth a try…
