Episode 6: “Megatron is My Hero”

I don't think its been extremely often.
I think I might go over the whole series from the beginning again with this idea in mind and see if there's anything else that could go into this.

I can see that. When she first meet Bee on Earth she hugs him, how often have we seen that?
MaximusPrime2002
From what I've seen, I interpret it as sort of a best friend relationship. A bond strong enough where its on the same level as a romantic relationship, but with different implications. I've also noticed that she tends to act a little bit differently in the flashbacks than in the present.
In all the flashbacks they seem to be on equal footing in the relationship.
In the present though, its easy to see where those motherly ideas and implications could come from. Seeing as she now needs to take care of Bee in his amnesiac state. And as the series progresses and Bee gets more memories, that equal footing slowly comes back to surface.
At least that's how I see things.

It kind of makes you wounder about the nature of their relationship. On the one hand it almost seems romantic, but some times she comes off more like a mother or big sister.

A solid episode, as is to be expected for the series. Nice and entertaining, and leaves me eagerly awaiting next week's episode.
Thundercracker is amazing here.
Hero: "Is any of that really true?"
Henchman: "No, but its a lot scarier when we tell you that."
I love character interactions like that.
The only problem I really have with this episode is in the end. The way Windblade got angry at Bee and then was immediately able to laugh it off, it just felt off to me. But its really a minor problem. Another solid episode from a great series.

…so after watching bumblebee last night, i kept jumbling up the continuities in my head while watching this episide, which is very much hasbro's point: rebooting siege, cyberverse, and the live-action films so they all kind of bleed into one another…
…i presume that the new IDW comics will follow a similar narrative; i only hope that hasbro gives them sufficient creative rein to write good books…
…i'm disappointed to see the seekers reduced to comic oafishness…
Autobot Hound
This might be my favorite episode so far. Finally, some character development for Decepticons! With Scott writing, I was hoping the Cons might be more interesting here- and they were. More of that, please.

And he's colored more like Hotrod.

So Thrust isnt even a conehead anymore.

An okay episode that gives us a little setup for Starscream and Soundwave\'s arrival and gave us more of a look at the Seekers. I dig how Windblade was using her turbines like Tron disks.
