Last month, we announced that Transformers: Bumblebee Tiny Turbo Changers are now being distributed for a late April release. It so happens that 2005 Boards Member Nevermore has discovered a new listing for the line, along with the characters featured.
Altogether, Bumblebee: The Movie Tiny Turbo Changers (also known as Series 3) consist of 12 characters very much like Series 1 and Series 2.
The figures convert in 1 to 3 easy steps and are 1.5-inches in scale.
List of characters:
- Barricade
- Sentinel Prime
- Phantom Strike Lockdown
- Silver Knight Optimus Prime
- Evac
- Autobot Ratchet
- Bumblebee
- Sky Rage Starscream
- Autobot Drift
- Ironhide
- Autobot Dino
- Dinobot Slug
You may notice that Barricade seems to be a common denominator across all the Bumblebee Movie toy listings we have found so far. He is not only officially listed as a part of the upcoming Hasbro’s Transformers: Bumblebee Energon Igniters gimmick toyline, but also featured as a character from the Simba Dickie RC Vehicle Range for the upcoming movie. It’s pretty easy to speculate that this Decepticon police officer is in the movie.
Tiny Turbo Changers Series 1 was released alongside Transformers: The Last Knight and Series 2 was first discovered through an Argos catalog. Check out the full details of the new listing, after the jump.

Oh cool! I was really worried these weren’t gonna get a stateside release.

Sorry, this was at Target. I'm not going to pin down exact location, but if mine's getting 'em the others should be soon if they haven't already since out here in the foothills we usually only get Sloppy Seconds.

Which store?

Wave 3's sighted on shelf in the Seattle, Washington area! (Got my set.)

Reading the tea leaves:
Bee and 'Cade: I hope these are new sculpts reflecting their "old" altmodes.
Pattern is probably gonna be eight new sculpts/4 reissues or redecoes, going by Wave 2. We know Ragescream and Silver Knight Optimus are redecoes, probably Evac too, and if I were them I'd just reissue Drift straight-across from Series 2 My bet is PS Lockdown is a Wave 1 redeco, making a 7/5 split. If Hasbro's gonna continue the "Getting Cheap on Us" that cost them the Jurassic Park/World license, I'd expect one of the "new" listed below to be a repop as well. Could Ironhide be done as just Berserker with the lightbar ground off?
This would leave new sculpts for Retro Barricade, Sentinel Prime, Ratchet, Retro Bumblebee, Ironhide, Dino/Mirage, and Slug.

Possibly it was Ferrari because of Mattel holding the license, but it was nothing to do with guns IIRC.
It's all ridiculous. If Ferrari were making demands and it mean't theu couldn't even make a TOY of the character in a goddamn Transformers movie they shouldn't have used the Ferrari. Hell, they could've cut the charavter entirely without effecting the movie in literally any way (and they even did it to the Twins in the same movie).

I thought it was Ferrari themselves who wanted the name change? Dino was also originally supposed to have guns but Ferrari didn't want him to carry anything that shoots.

This thread is about Series 3 (Bumblebee Movie).
Series 2 threads are here, here, here, here and here.

Actually, I believe Mirage was what Hasbro named the character, but Mattel objected, making the name change in the movie necessary. You see, Mattel have the license for producing Ferrari toys and they didn't want the name of the character that turned into one to have the name of a pre-established Hasbro character like Mirage. Of course, for this very reason a Ferrari should never have been included in the Autobot cast but whatever.

When will the main Bumblebee movie toyline be released. In summer?

Looking for Chopter here, last one until Bee Movie comes out. Sucks that the shipping's more than the item, which is why I've been hesitant to take up an offer from a TFW member just outside convenient travel distance from me.
Am I the only one who hopes Ragescream turns out to be Skywarp deco just like Bluescream was 'Cracker? I have a spare Cybertat Screamer I was gonna repaint, but if the new one is Warpy I may repaint it into '07 F-22 camo instead.

View attachment 27942788 My Toys"R"us has TONS of wave 2 now.
They are closed for the night, but who needs some?

I wouldn't consider the Tiny Turbo Changers a main Hasbro line any more than Speed Stars were. And as far as movieverse is concerned, Dino and Mirage are the same character. The bottom of the speed star is Dino's bot mode and that weird legion Sideways repaint in Prime style packaging sold as Mirage has Dino's face on the packaging.

You know i have heard a rumour that stores in the UK with mountains and mountains unsold of wave1 tinyturbochangers plan to gather them together and throw them in the sea in order to build a bridge to France – there by circumnavigating Brexit. For real.
Wave3 looks alright, if any of the wave2 got repeated it needed to be squeeks number1 on the list. Hopefully lockdown has the face instead of the mask. Otherwise pretty excited for 07 first movie autobot cast and sentinel and more of the dinobots i guess.
@Max Tower, argos never got wave2, they just broke the first pictures of wave2 but wave2 has not really been released. I think a total of two tfw members found a handful but nothing else since.

Nitro Zeus is an extension of Nitro.
Mirage and Dino are applied to the same character, but are not the same names.
Fc203
Mirage and dino are the same character just like nitro and nitro zeus

Whelp, my Tiny Turbo Changer wishlist.
DeletedUser_119270
Not only is it Mirage and not Dino, plus the toys are Speed Stars, not the main Hasbro DOTM/AOE/TLK line.
