Via Distribuidora de Brinquedos Hobby we have some new Hasbro stock images of the upcoming Robots in Disguise Warrior class figures, Power Surge Optimus Prime and Scatterspike. Power Surge Optimus is a retooled version of the Warrior class toy released last year, to represent Optimus Prime in his powered up form from the upcoming Robots in Disguise DVD movie. Scatterspike meanwhile is a redeco of the recently released Quillfire.
In addition, there are stock images of some of the previously released Warrior class toys, including Bumblebee, Grimlock, Thunderhoof, Quillfire, and Fracture in their new running change Mini-Con Weaponizers packaging.
Check out all of the new stock images attached to this post.

Scatterspike and Quillfire being re-released in the same wave, that's gonna make things a bit trickier.

Is it wrong that I find this version of that Optimus to be the better of the two?
The bigger one is such a mess and this one seems far more cohesive.

They're re-releasing the wave 1 figures in the new packaging in order to fill out the assortment while maintaining a standardized packaging design across a wave. They did the same during the Armada/Energon/Cybertron days. When the subline imprints (The Unicron Battles for Armada, The Powelinx Battles for Energon and Primus Unleashed for Cybertron) were introduced, some figures saw a running packaging change.
Example:
The figures are unchanged. The old ones already have hand holes compatible with the Weaponizer Mini-Cons. The only known difference between the previously released Warrior Class figures and these re-releases is the packaging.

Do these come with mc nuggits

Are hand holes really the only dif between weaponizers
and the reg ones?

Thanks for the comparison pics, Nevermore, but… I really don't know why they bothered. It's the kind of stupid marketing that doesn't work.
Are they advertising that these toys have 5mm peg holes in their hands? The dumb "weaponizers" BS made me think they came with a mini-con or something. Just confusing, stupid marketing. I feel like the dept. head came up with this just to say they did something that quarter – "look! It matches with the new line of mini-cons, thereby increasing sales by [FICTITIOUS BS AMOUNT]%!!!!"
What are you talking about? Target just got another case load of wave 1 RID! Seriously, at least two separate stores got a box of wave 1, which would presumably be out of print by now, but I guess not! So no, wave 1 CAN still clog shelves, and now we get the chance of even more unsold Grimlock's filling pegs!
Also, that Grimlock kind of sucks for at least 2 reasons: bad QC and ridiculous scale. I really wish they just stuck to that WfC retool pack instead (which, I'm sure, will be comparatively hard to find! ).

Wait… They're re-releasing some Wave 1 figures? Okay…
At least the first wave isn't clogging shelves, so some replacements aren't too bad (and a good way for folks to get the figures if they missed out).
I guess the same can be said for Thunderhoof and Quillfire which should make those figures easier to find (I believe the case assortment was one of each per case).

These look pretty cool. I personally wish Scatterspike's figure, namely the head, matched the artwork more.

Seems like Distribuidora de Brinquedos Hobby have finally learned how to properly resize images.
Bonus: The packaging variants of Bumblebee (2015 wave 1 deco), Grimlock (2015 wave 1 deco) and Fracture in the new "Mini-Con Weaponizers" packaging design, who will presumably ship in the new case assortments in this packaging style just like Thunderhoof, Quillfire and Blizzard Strike Drift.
