Canadian Transformers fans are in for a treat! On Saturday, June 13, TELETOON Retro will air a 24-hour G1 Transformers marathon. Fans can catch the first 48 episodes of the classic 1980s series between 9 am ET on Saturday, June 13 and 9 am ET on Sunday, June 14. The Canadian cable television specialty-channel will be running the marathon to coincide with the release of Revenge Of The Fallen a few weeks later.

An article has been posted on Edmunds.com which sheds a spotlight on the Ducati Hypermotard motorcycle, which will play a major role in Revenge Of The Fallen. The Hypermotard will fight for good in Revenge of the Fallen, where it will join with two other motorcycles to create Arcee. You can also see the Ducati Hypermotard transformed into a killing machine as a MotoTerminator, bent on destroying the human race, in the current summer blockbuster Terminator: Salvation.

Yet another guest has been announced for Botcon 2009, and it’s none other than Bumblebee himself, Mark Ryan. Besides voicing Bumblebee for Transformers, and the upcoming Revenge Of The Fallen, Ryan has also appeared in countless other movies and television shows. Ryan will be attending along with the IDW crew and will be at IDW’s booth.

Hollywood Actor Tony Todd has announced via his website that he will be voicing a character in Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen. Who exactly he will be voicing is currently unclear. Tony Todd is famous for appearing in several classic movies including Platoon, Night of the Living Dead, and Candyman.

Multiple sightings on Cybertron.ca indicate that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Wave 1 has hit Canadian retail! Wave 1 Legends, Scouts, Deluxes, Fast Action Battlers, and Voyagers have been found in various stores in Ontario and Quebec.

The official novelization of Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen has been released at retail early. It was found and purchased at a Walmart in Layton, Utah several days before its listed release date of May 19th. The novel is written by Alan Dean Foster and is sure to contain major spoilers regarding the movie.
