On the topic of that 3-pack, do we think Ratbat will be a repaint, retool, or new mold? (I personally think retooling the Siege figure would be the best route.)

You didn't. Last year was DOTM Prime I believe. Next year will be Shockwave first PR I believe.

When it comes to Target SS leaders reissues, in 2023 there was AOE Grimlock and DOTM Optimus Prime, this year there was supposed to be one, but it was replaced by that Target Optimus with Bullseye, and next year we have Overload. DOTM Shockwave is a mainline release, not a Target exclusive.
