Takara Tomy Masterpiece MPG-10 Lift Ticket and MPG-11 DK-2 Guard Official Reveal

Coming to us via Amazon Japan we can share for your our first official images and reveal of the new Takara Tomy Masterpiece MPG-10 Lift Ticket and MPG-11 DK-2 Guard.

These are new Diaclone inspired redecos of the Masterpiece MP-58 Hoist and MP-27 Ironhide molds. Each toy comes with some new extra parts. Read on for details:

Masterpiece MPG-10 Lift Ticket – Lift ticket body (1), tractor beam gun (2), dual pulverizer (2), right stabilizer wing (1), left stabilizer wing (1), lift power emission (effect part) (1), sticker (1), character card (1), instruction manual (1)
Masterpiece MPG-11 DK-2 Guard – DK-2 Guard body (1), Cybertron face (1), Knockabout bomb (1), Bomb catapult (1), Terrain scanner (1), Weapon rack (1), Beta gun (2), Ion storm rifle (1), Energy Nail Hand (left) (1), Energy Nail Hand (right) (1), Shield projector (2), Heat ray muzzle (2), Jump thruster (1), Effect parts (2), Window card (1), Sticker (1), Character card (1), Instruction manual (1). You can get a more Diclone-toy-accurate figure by using the extra stickers included and the extra toy face.

Both figures will be released on February 22, 2025.

Always rolling the dice waiting on clearance. Going to win some going to lose some, and it's not always so easily predictable. Every time you think it's a sure thing is often when it isn't.

The DK-2 Guard MP didn't last long. Must have been a limited production.

I just bought MP Road rage sealed for 30 bucks. I got a sealed Delta Magnus for 80. Riggorus is now nearly 10,000 yen below retail on amazon JP. Diaclone repaints are pretty much worthless!

As someone who was stupid enough to buy Riggorus at full (ShowZ) price, I agree waiting is the best strategy.

People said the same thing about Titan class, and look at Nemesis. I’m not sayin you’re wrong, but for someone like me who ONLY collects Diaclone from the MP line, for the most part, (the overly toon aesthetic turned me off on the line starting with a sunstreaker) I’m not taking any chances.

I'd suggest being patient. As much as I live Diaclone repaints, they ALWAYS go on deep discount.

I've never had an issue with Anime-Export charging higher shipping than other retailers, but for a bit they only had the most expensive/fastest class of shipping available. Don't remember if they have the other methods available again.

To Canada at least, you're no longer locked into only the top DHL from A-E like we were during the heights of the pandemic. I don't know if they've returned every option the used to have, but the last few things I got from them were reasonable (at least normal in 2024 rates).

Personally don't have to be first to get new toys. After jumping right on Trailbreak, Hoist, and Riggorous I thought there would be time to pre-order and didn't expect these two to sell out so quickly. If nothing else, I suppose Pulse will be very slow, but free shipping. You know, maybe even months behind everyone else.

To be clear it appears to be one of the original faces and it’s just painted like that. There isn’t an actual new part or anything.
