Courtesy of Hasbro designer Mark “Marklonus” Maher , via his Instagram account, we can share for you our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Legacy United Leader Tigerhawk.
We have clear shots in robot mode showing off his poseability and weapons as well as close up pics of his head. Tigerhawk’s beast mode is also highly poseable and with a great presence for any display.

Shu san over at Takara really took the tiger by the stripes on this one. As I constantly say, the magic and hardwork from the TT team is just truly making mine and hopefully your dreams come true.
This dude is fully armed with gatling wing blasters that have 3 forms of attachments, two airbrushed razor sharp feathered swords, a double barreled handheld blaster, and a whole lot of asymmetrical details that will leave you dizzy with delight!
Did I mention I used the sculpts from Tigertron and Airrazor from the Kingdom toy line to give this fuzor the extra bit of official fusion he deserved. Beautiful sculpts by the way so please peep those gems in the photos!
For the first time ever animation color accurate deco that even has the crescent 🌙 orange-yellow eye designs underneath this wicked green translucent visor. The metallics on this beasty boy will just shimmer shine your way into blissful joy during a fun photoshoot sesh or just playfully imagining him stunning dragon megs. I unfortunately couldn’t find mine to show the comparison, my toy room is completely out of hand and my time is nonexistent, but… I hand to pull some images together to showcase this guys prowess.
A huge thank you to all of you for all the love and true inspiration that keeps the energon pumping into my fuel tanks, without yall just constantly thriving in the love and passion for this brand none of us would be able to do what we do!

Currently my most aniticpated figure. I was always amazed with how accurate the latter Beast Wars toys were to the animation (starting with Season 2). Looking back 25 years or so, they still look great for the time but more accurate and articulated versions always welcome. The new one in’t perfect but it’s an incredible step forward in most ways

Putting a Leader repaint on the shelf is a harder sell than a Deluxe repaint. Even Scourge has the benefit of being a Prime repaint and a ton of those got resold to Ross. And Bulkhead wasn't even on general shelves, was he?

I mean, it'd just depend which capsule they end up doing. MW? Starscream it is. Universe? Do King Atlas. That's not to say that they couldn't make them individually sans capsule, but they wouldn't exactly stick MW Starscream in a Universe capsule or vice versa.

Honestly, I’d bet money that sometime after United Silverbolt is released, we will get a Universe ‘03 capsule with Primal, Silverbolt, Razorclaw, King Atlas, etc.

They said the new chest looks better, which I would agree with. The old one was fine and how it went about forming the chest was fine, but I like the aesthetic of the new chest that much more.

The original toy's big meaty hindclaws serve to distract from what is a combination of a central rectangle combined with two rounded-edge rectangles comprising his hindlegs. Without the top straps set down, these hindlegs can be rotated forwards and back in his chest as well. This new release gives him actual chest pieces that fill/flow into in all the gaps the original toy failed to otherwise.

I'd say a bigger clue is the tab-shaped groove on the top of the tiger's forehead. There's definitely a Bird Hat somewhere in the sprue to tab into there for a later issue. Even if show-Tigerhawk didn't have the bird hat, Razorclaw did.

I’m pretty sure that he was just highlighting the parts of the sculpt used from Airazor and Tigatron and didn’t choose purple intentionally to hint a Razorclaw.

what the poster you replied to meant was that this new one captures the show chest much better. The show drew it as a full chest thus making the original toy look like It’s not a full chest.
