Third party company Cang Toys have revealed, via their Weibo account, images of the gray prototype of their new CY-Mini-01 Feromini.
While Cang Toys already finished their own Masterpiece scaled Predacons, they were also working on another Predacon team for the Legends scale. Cang Toys Predacons bring us a very stylized design, plus some original new Predacons. Feromini is a highly stylized rendition of Rampage, and we have images in both modes and comparison shots next to his Masterpiece Scale version. This is the last component revealed as a color prototype.
To top it all, we also have images of the complete Chiyou-mini combiner. We have a look at his weapons and poseability and a comparison size pic next to Cang Toys Masterpiece scale Chiyou.

I try to mostly let my points accumulate while I'm at V-Spec since it's a 5% return and so that it keeps me in V-Spec and then, when I drop out of it, I use my points. I say "try" because I usually end up using them somewhere along the way anyway (there's always one more purchase I want to make even after my toy budget is gone). Spent all of my points on the 11/11 sale – there was a figure that was $300 and I just couldn't justify that expense so I was letting my points build up and then I used them and the 11/11 discount to bring the price to under $100. Of course I also bought $400 in points the same day, again using the discount, and used them to pay off Metroplex and a couple other things, so it's not like it was a particularly fiscally responsible day for me. Basically, I blew my December budget in one go and now I'm recovering from it – every time a pre-order comes due (like the lion a couple days ago), I cringe because that just means spending more money that I really shouldn't. January and February are going to be very lean months for me and collecting while I recover.
And just to be clear, the bills are paid and there's food and everything. I'm not neglecting things that need to be paid for, nor am I dipping into savings – but it is slowing down savings and paying down some of my debts so I'll need to go extra hard on those for a few months to catch up.

Cool mate. I would use some of my points, but I have the two main Dinos (Grimlock & Scorn) that I'll be saving them for when the time comes to purchase them. That 2,000 point boost helped me out lots. But before I spend anymore of them, I'm stacking them. In the end, it's definitely gonna pay off, BIG time..

Huzzah! Sold a friend my old copy of Super Mario Sunshine for the Gamecube so now I can buy Divebomb like I’d planned at the end of November before the school district fucked a lot of us by changing the payroll program in the school year and many of us didn’t get paid.

As far as I know, Predaking never got a g2 scheme. The dinobots did but it would abandon the unified color scheme, unless they just picked one scheme and stuck with it.

So, do you think Cang will at some point re-release TK, Longyan and Thundermini in "G2" colors? It would be interesting how that would play out. But I'm still awaiting "Dark" versions of these sets..

Yeah, I have no interest in owning a weird stylized take on Dinobots at MP scale (or Predacons for that matter) but at Legends, the price is much easier to swallow, not to mention the shelf real estate investment.

I think I will ho in on the MP dinos and have each of them fight a combiner one on one. There are too many baddies for the autobots!

There's been and I've seen stranger. I'm just ready to get this all over with so we can get the ball rolling with the Dinos. Maybe one day, Cang will do minis for them as well. I'm really hoping that they do though..

Admittedly, I find it odd that they’re releasing kingmini NOW of all times. Usually, the guy who forms the torso of a combiner either comes out very last, or in the middle. Having him come out second-to-last here seems a bit strange in my opinion. Not complaining obviously, far from it, just an observation.

I personally prefer the mouthplate, but I don’t mind the mouth the MP scale TK has. Though, if they WERE to release a new head for the MP version with a mouthplate I’d probably buy it.
