Newage Toys, via their Facebook account, have shared images of the new variants of their H57 Freyr (Legends Scale G1 Swoop).
Newage impressive cartoon-accurate rendition of G1 Swoop for the Legends scale has got two new color variants:
- H57V G2 Freyr – Toy deco. He comes with a pair of extra hands, guns and stand. A sword is included instead of the launching-missile effects of the original release.
- H57V G2 Freyr – New deco inspired by the unreleased G2 Swoop. He comes with a pair of extra hands, guns and stand. A sword is included instead of the launching-missile effects of the original release.

I’m all about the EX decos and I don’t normally double-dip on molds unless I really like the design, but Toruk is nearly as appealing as the toy deco. I’ve almost decided I’m buying it before even handling EX Freyr.

Oof, I'm going to have to try and scrub some of the tampos, they make it look too fussy for my tastes. I do wish they'd just use stickers and let us decide how many to use because that gunmetal finish is just lovely!

i can only say swoop is the best TOON version of the NA dinos so far.
i can't comment if TOON is the best swoop version until i get EX and SG in hand to determine which i like best.
