We have a first look at a new Transformers X Universal Monsters Collab that is going to be coming our way – Frankentron, a crossover with, as you could probably guess, Frankenstein!

Looking to be a retool of the WFC Impactor mold, Frankentron here should fit in nicely with the previously-released Draculus. Perhaps even more Universal Monsters Collabs will be coming down the road as well?

Only its robot mode and packaging is shown here, but stay tuned as we’ll hopefully be getting more details shortly.

Draculus was months late too, though I was hoping if they did another monster that they would have timed it better.

It's probably timed so we're THINKING about Halloween when the preorder goes up. If we got a Halloween item preorder in May with October release then "oh noes, I don't want to think about fall, spring just started!" Or some such corporate BS.

…of course, they could have had it in stock when the listing went up…

Makes sense. Oh well, I guess it will just be Halloween Wookie on my desk at work this year. Debating Draculus from eBay.

So, Pulse has this coming out in January. Is that right? For a Halloween themed toy? Or is the Halloween theme a lesser theme than the Universal Monsters theme?

Yes. There's no wrist rotation on the Impactor mold due to transformation.

But there is…? I got wreckers two pack and I remember him having wrist swivels

I’d still like a remold of Impactor as Cybertronian Megastorm.

Count me in, although, I still kinda don't like that the signature weapon doesn't become the tank signature weapon.

Yes. There's no wrist rotation on the Impactor mold due to transformation.
