New gallery tonight for a soon to drop Threezero Transformers piece – MDLX Rodimus. MDLX is their smallest scale, and right now is focusing on Generation 1 re-imagined designs. The non-transforming figures still have massive articulation, paint, and accessories though with Rodimus here having 46 points, die cast, 8 sets of hands, and dual blasters that combine. He also has an extra hand for Optimus Prime so you can recreate the classic handshake image. While he doesn’t come with a Matrix, he has hands that can hold Optimus’.
Threezero was kind enough to send through a copy a little early, he’s due to ship Q3 2023, so get ready. Read on to check some in-hand pics, then hit our sponsors below or the Threezero Store to pick up your copy!

Picture of the year!
I've never particularly bothered about waiting for a toy to reach me, but I must say, I've been looking at all of your pics absolutely green with envy.
So glad to have him in hand!

Recently I've grown to like Primes with yellow eyes, it breaks up color pretty well.

Also thought purple eyes would look cool on Nemi.

These seem to have a \"Call Of The Prititives\" influenced art style to them. Though I wouldn\'t say they are quite all the way to that. Still kind of cool.

I finally canceled my two preorders and just picked up an in-stock Megatron from Chosen Prime. The right front hip plate wants to pop off at every conceivable opportunity, so I guess I'll hit that with a little floor polish, but otherwise everything's great.
He looks like such an imposing beast just standing there that I barely even want to pose him. Almost like any movement other than looking down disdainfully at something would diminish him.

I'm thinking of buying the Ultra Magnus repaint and pretend it's the inner bot of the Studio Series Magbus. From what I've understood the figure is just a bit taller than a voyager Optimus Prime so it's not terribly out of scale. Of course the aesthetic doesn't match with the Studio Series line but I'm a bit curious to try the mold so I can let it slide.

I got this beauty a few days ago. Such a nice figure in hand. I had the regular optimus before back around when he came out but i wasnt feeling it much. I couldnt understand why with optimus being my favorite transformer. Something about the aesthetic wasnt doing it for me like bumblebee. I also really love megatrons design. But something about optimus felt like they didnt put much effort into the design. But for some reason with the nemesis colors i just love it way more. It just works and idk why. highly recommend him before he sells out. Cause as usual with exclusives once they sell out they wont be reissued.

Anyone had word on their Rodimus yet? Still waiting on mine in the UK. Curious if the images circulating are the early release/reviewer type ones or if people actually have theirs?

Okay, Rodimus is out, so I'm officially done waiting for Megatron from BBTS or EE. Happily, I've got enough rewards points from Chosen Prime to mostly offset the shipping charge, so they get the business.

I really appreciate this aesthetic. If the live-action models were more like this— and if the writing didn’t suck— then I might have enjoyed the TF movies. These figures are far more appealing to me than the current anime-imitating Masterpiece line, but the fact that they can’t transform is a deal-killer.

Rodimus looks like a real return to the form of Bumblebee. I wasn't impressed with Prime in the slightest and Megatron doesn't do it for me either, but this fella is looking excellent.

Hopefully we’ll see coloured Sideswipe soon. At their most recent show they had the gray model still on display. The one rep said they have a painted version but just need to touch up some things and get approval from Hasbro then he’ll be ready to go.

Depends upon from where you bought it.

How long usually is the shipping? I just bought one

Honestly I'd love to own this. Unfortunately, it's way out of my budget. It's the best looking hot rod design as far as I'm concerned.
Liege Prime
MDLX has its own style though. What you might like is yolopark doing an AMK Model Kit.
