The Chosen Prime also gives me the option to stockpile multiple things to ship more at my leisure. TCP and BBTS's Roller's Stash/Pile of Loot is surprisingly useful for me, since while ShowZ would still get free shipping and I'm not usually in that much of a rush, I can just better manage my mail and package delivery by knowing when I want to ship a bundle. I use ShowZ from time to time, and there are items I'll ultimately go with due to them, but that's usually a matter of the actually having it meaning any reason I prefer TCP is negated. Otherwise, I am aware of costs, I am just also aware that my usual shopping means I'm fine sticking with TCP and BBTS to be able to hold for multiple things to come in and be shipped together as I want.

Shop where you want. I've weighed the pros and cons, and I just don't currently tend to have a massive reason to switch over the ShowZ for my purposes. Maaaaaybe back to the figure talk now rather than needing to concern with how I choose to shop? =P

I ordered this one even though this Grimlock is damn near perfect. Having 2 decals on the front would look a little ridiculous. Like Bumblebee and Cliffjumper swapping logos between alt and robot modes.

Has anyone used that chest upgrade that let's you flip the logo in alt-mode or the head-filler? Does that chest piece just pop out?

normally im with you but when it comes to NA/MS products you’re spending like $50-$100 more not like $5-10 so i kinda get why people would point you toward foreign retailers.

but do what you want it’s your money. i’m just as guilty of wasting like $20 extra on Fanstoys stuff just to get it tomorrow and not next month

A lot of is is convenience of having one place. And since 3P stuff is still not a massively frequent thing to me, I'm often happy to stick with the domestic retailers to keep my orders together. Especially after learning TCP will count Roller's Stash shipments as an order of $150 for free shipping even with orders placed separately.

I plan on getting the G2 Sludge and have zero intent on using the Grimlock leg covers, but I'm sittin' with a preorder on The Chosen Prime, so who knows when that'll come in.
