Via their Facebook page, third party company DNA Design has revealed their new DK-44 product, an upgrade kit for the Studio Series Voyager ROTB Optimus Prime figure.
This set contains new guns, swords, axes, smokestacks, feet, and more. It even comes with a mini Exo-Suit figure.
Check it out after the break!

I'm pretty sure they're trailer hitches.

When does this kit come out?

This is quite an interesting kit! I really love the accessories especially the blasters; massive massive upgrade over the ones the original figure came with.
However I personally dislike their solution to the messy back kibble and I don't feel like it looks any better than the original. We've essentially gone from a truck with a messy back to a truck with feet sticking out like Toyworld Freedom Leader. I just wish they gave him new legs instead of so many accessories and a static Noah Diaz figure. Don't get me wrong, both of them look great but I just don't feel like paying 40 quid for this. I'd rather pay 55 quid for Optimus Primal (which looks like a cool figure well worth picking up btw) just to have Prime’s axe and I'd get an awesome figure with the bonus of having Prime’s accessory.
The shoulder mod with the brand new smokestacks though is simply brilliant! The original shoulders just keep smacking Prime in the face and this is so much worse when you realise how big his smokestacks are. The new ones look absolutely amazing and improve his articulation so much but tbh I on the fence as to whether I wanna buy this kit simply because I was hoping for brand new legs instead.
Autobrat Leader
They just seem to be accessory holders to me. I'd assume they plug into his back in robot mode… maybe?

I think it’s not left hand just turned to face the same way

Does anyone notice the arm cannons are both left handed?![[IMG]](https://news.tfw2005.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2023/07/DNAOP_001.jpg)

What are the two blue T-shaped things for in bot mode? If anything?
I see one of them, perhaps both, are used in truck mode to fill in the gap between the legs; but I don't see it anywhere else.
Tossed aside?

I'm not aware of anyone who has tried it yet.
Triceradon
Do you have a link to that option?
ziltama
Injection molded, yes.
3d printed option currently available.

Is this the only SS-102 leg fixer kit on the market right now?
JLOJ
Well this is nice to see. I pre-ordered this kit when it originally was announced but kept going back n forth if I really need to spend this much on a kit that costs more than what I paid for the figure. This new addition to the upgrade kit has me staying on the keep the pre-order side for now.

Did I miss the boat on this on ShowZ? Shows as the first item on the new items, but also shows sold out.
Thebricklord
I saw on twitter they added new shoulders to the kit. None of the websites seem to have updated though.
PrimalFury
Yeah pretty much needs screwdriver though
TheLastBlade
Ok now THIS is something that’ll make the kit worth it.

Are these just SS38s legs on 102? Is it a straight swap?
Ottertron
I wonder if its possible to swap the positions of the smokestacks and the grey flaps next to them for more accuracy?

Shoulders are a good addition, still think they should have made the shins that simply fold in against the back of the truck like SS 38.
