Takara Tomy Mall website have added a new listing for their exclusive Transformers Masterpiece MPG-06 Trainbot Kaen With Raiden Box Set 6 Extras.
Before you get too excited, we would like to remark that this is a listing for just one Trainbot Kaen which includes just a box for the other 5 Masterpiece Trainbots plus a plated version of the Light Sword and bases/stand arms for all 6 MPG’s and Raiden’s character card. The box features a very nice Raiden art with the other Trainbots around him. This special pack has a pre-order window from June 5 to July 10 in Japan.
See the images after the jump as well as a new official Kaen promotional video after the jump. Sound off your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

From what could tell, once they're in stock on pulse, they're fair game for whenever a next sale might be. Getsuei and Yukikaze were only recently put in stock (like less than 2 months) before getting included in their respective sales

TFSource had a pretty good sell last month on all 4, probably will see it again come Black Friday. Amazon might have some available the closer we get to release.

I've seen those sales and kind of retroactively kick myself. I guess I'll hold off and wait this time. One last thing, any idea how long after release they tend to go on sale?
JS_Prime
Yep. That’s how I got Getsuei and Yukikaze. Would’ve got Shouki as well if he didn’t sell out within 2 hours of being discounted. I don’t remember how long Getsuei lasted, but Yukikaze was available up until the last day of the most recent sale
ckhtiger
Has every single one gone on sale on Pulse?
JS_Prime
If you don’t want to wait for a hasbro pulse sale, yea that’s a better option right now, depending on how shipping tallies up.
ckhtiger
Yeah, and unless I'm missing something, Amazon per se doesn't have him for sale anymore, so I can't get the 17,485Y price that is initially listed.
Throway
I think that's the best without amazon.
ckhtiger
I'm seeing Seizan for $118 at amiami before shipping. Does any place have him for cheaper?

Thanks, i think that what was broken is the clear cilinder, so i should slam out the metal pin before, but it could be complicated
thanks, i appreciate it!
BrutiKing
Oh yea, my foot for Shouki broke and I kinda made a replacement joint – you just need to clear out a bit of the area and add a 3D printed part I made. I’ll PM info later when I have time.

Judging by the photos, the only thing I can think of in order to fix the broken joints is the following method. Take a drill (hand held or motorized with a drill bit size of your choosing) and measure both sides with a ruler, mark the center spot of both with a marker, drill a hole on both ends, take a pin or metal rod and cut it to size, glue the pin in one side, glue both halves together, and finally leave it to cure for 24 hours (while slightly moving the joints every so often so that the joint doesn't get frozen because of the glue.) In theory it should work judging by the breakage, and I have had this work for me several times before, but mileage may vary. Good luck.

Somebody had that issue farther back. Either @BrutiKing or around the time he had his issue.
Hypocrite
I'm leaving all of them in the box and waiting until I have all 6 to combine them; the individual figures are interesting and look good, but I don't want to risk botching something and losing combiner privileges.
Throway
Just made a very interesting connection that I don't think has been mentioned.
All the trainbot's weapons use their preliminary names!
Diaclone Shouki was identified as マッハ (Mach) Mach laser
Diaclone Getusei was identified as ナイト (Night) Night laser
Diaclone Yukikaze was identified as スノー (Snow) Snow laser
Diaclone Suiken was identified as ストーム (Storm) Storm laser
Diaclone Seizan was identified as プレイン (Plain, became brain) Brain laser
Diaclone Kaen was identified as パワー (Power) Power laser
Pretty cool!

Folks, i need help:
Basically the plastic arount the joint has broken in a inusual way, how can i repair it? Shouki feet there
SofosXIII
Picked up 1-4 a few days ago in a trade.
Suiken is definitely my favorite, simple transformation and love the color scheme.
Shouki is pretty fun but the clear plastic worries me.
Yukikaze's legs are a nightmare.
Getsuei seems incredibly fragile and I'm terrified of transforming him. Both leg sliders broke on my friend's copy because they are so tight. Tried a little shock oil on mine but it's still crazy tight.
Seizan is a retool of Suiken so I assume he'll be my second favorite.
Kaen is a wild card, but I love the way he looks, and hope he's as good as I think he will be.
