These are "luck of the draw". Using the machines in those locations will give you a chance to get a transformers metro card, but it's not guaranteed.

Too bad Transit was seemingly cut from the film, I feel like it would have been pretty perfect if they put him on one of these.

The MTA is. Literally getting rid of Metrocards next year. Which leaves the possibility of these being the last limited edition Metrocards ever produced. Defintely going to go see if I can get one tomorrow for that reason alone
