We have received word that Hasbro is ready to showcase its future portfolio at this year’s Licensing For Retail Day.
Highlighted content:

In addition to the above, Hasbro will showcase content from future movies, which are slated to release in 2024 and 2025.
Hasbro team can be located at the Networking Lounge of the event.
The event will take place on April 19th, 2023 at The Convene, London. Attendees* can purchase tickets via Brand Licensing Europe.

ALWAYS…., my Transformers brother! Agree with you there!

I’ll clear things up a bit.
We won’t get anything out of these sorts of events unless someone attends.
That is exactly why when we receive info on upcoming events, we post a news post. The purpose is to inform our members so that if they can attend, they’ll know about the event in advance.
These are trade events. Information is discussed in a one-on-one manner. If we ask, Hasbro rep will reply. But only to what we ask. Nothing more, nothing less.
Retailers will ask about inventory, stock receiving dates, and possible profit from the product (example: animated movie). Potential license-holders will ask about what sort of licensed products they are allowed to produce and about royalty fees. As fans that information is not relevant to us.
BUT, if a fan should attend, they’ll definitely ask about what sort of characters we’ll see etc.
For example, About 2 years ago I attended a licensing expo where Hasbro showcased concept art for a planned G.I. Joe cartoon. The rest of the audience was retailers or wholesalers. They had no clue about the importance of what they just saw. But I understood. “Holy moly! A G.I. Joe show is in the works!?!”
Perhaps, the attendees saw TF animated movie stuff. But, they’ll not see any importance of the content—just the business aspect.
In most cases, there are NDAs involved. So, even if we see or hear about characters we are legally prohibited from talking.
For these events, we can only keep our fingers crossed.

Before the internet???
RazorX3000
Huge missed opportunity to do the, “Well if you don’t know, now you know..”
Rojixus
Well now you know, and knowing is half the battle!
RazorX3000
Man I don’t know. I’m not familiar with licensing expo stuff. This was the first I’ve become aware of their existence.
Rojixus
When was the last time these types of events yielded useful information?
RazorX3000
? I said silver claimed they’d announce stuff about the future films. After seeing the post again, I suppose it was just a misunderstanding. We all obviously assumed it’d be transformers movies they’d reveal news for. I mean, can you blame us for making that assumption?

The original news post from silver says
Transformers 40th Anniversary content, also mentioned 2024 and 2025 movies so that would exclude rise of the beasts but of course not just limited to the transformers brand
So as it seems they were there but where is the 40th anniversary content news then? We wouldn’t be asking if that wasn’t stated
ScorponokIsHere
If you display any Optimus Prime, that is content from a future movie.
Music
They didn't say they'll announce new movies, but they'll "showcase content" from future movies (and not necessarily Transformers). Perhaps, they did that very thing. I don't follow MLP or Peppa Pig, but perhaps some of those items are for future movies of for those respective properties. Also, what we've seen is only from that video. Maybe there was more and we just haven't seen images or videos of it.
T-Hybrid
Could easily have been a miscommunication since you can see there's a screen showing the RotB trailer. Which is the "future movie" at this time.
RazorX3000
Well silver literally reported that they’d announce new info about the future movies.. so I was just going off what he said.
Man I was just going off what silver himself said. He literally said they were going to reveal new info about future tf films.
T-Hybrid
Nope. Because it's a licensing fair, and they've got plenty at the moment. Especially since this was a *Hasbro* booth and not a TF booth.
It sometimes really does feel like individual fan forums forget Hasbro is more than just whatever brand they specifically care about.
ScorponokIsHere
i mean it was a licensing expo
RazorX3000
So they were there but there was no info announced for the future tf films?
SilverOptimus
Well, they were definetly there.
