Third party company Newage Toys have updated their Weibo account with images of the new color variants of their H53 Michael (Legends Scale Omega Supreme).
This Legends scale Omega Supreme stands about 28/29 cm tall in robot mode and features a great poseability range and a cartoon-accurtate design. Newage is now offering the following limited redecos:
- H53D Michael – A very original black and red redeco inspired by the original pre-Transformers Super Change Robot Mechabot 1 figure.
- H53EX Michael – G1 toy deco inspired.
- H53Z Michael – A new “battle damage” special deco.

I’m guessing they’re doing it as a lucky draw as omega repaints already aren’t exactly flying off shelves, and gold is historically one of the worst selling decos. They just can’t count on enough of an audience to justify a full production run.
As far as acquiring one, your best bet is to either have one or more friends in China sign up for the lottery, or hope one pops up on the aftermarket afterward… but lucky draws tend to run four or five times the price of the standard figure.

I have been promoting the inevitable Golden NA Omega Supreme since NA announced they were making Omega. I had no idea that it was going to be limited.

Sadly it looks like they are only making as few as 50 copies and those are being offered as part of some kind of lottery draw through their Weibo.
No idea why the run is so limited. Hoping they will change their mind and commit to a full run.
Gold version looks awesome with all the others. I have those, would snap this up instantly if the opportunity comes.

While I love this fig, the one change I would make would be to add a cover to the end of the tracks in botmode- the hollow look, it’s a bit distracting as is.

Aside from the tracks the gold version looks awesome! Can’t fathom why it’s a lottery item. I guess if they running a lottery for 10, the remaining 40 will be sold. Will keep an eye out, and figure out how to paint the tracks later if I manage to snag one
Been a while since we’ve seen any gold figs, wonder if we will see a flare announcements to catch up on them all in one go
