Popular Japanese pop-artist Akiko Wada has been nominated as a brand ambassador by Takara Tomy for the upcoming toyline Transformers: Beast Awakening (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts).
Ms. Wada is set to perform songs, produce YouTube videos, and be featured on various TV commercials to promote the latest toys.
She will not be the only brand ambassador for this endeavor. A new page on Takara Tomy’s official website hints that many other Japanese talents will join the ambassador project alongside Akiko Wada. A teaser image hints that at least 5 others pop-culture icons will share their enthusiasm for the ROTB toyline.
