Following up on our story last night about our first look at what is apparently the ROTB mainline Voyager Optimus Primal, we now have a new image showing the figure more properly transformed in robot mode, and also more notably our first look at his sword accessories.
We hope to see an official reveal for this soon, potentially even next week at the upcoming Transformers fanstream.

I think the rotb mainline voyagers are Wal-Mart exclusives. Because when Bmac was asked about that velocitron hot rod figure he mentioned that Wal-Mart didn't wanna order him in favor of exclusives for rotb. So far all of walmarts offerings have been available everywhere else except for the voyagers…

I wonder if more stateside retailers ordered this, surprised Target doesn’t currently carry it.
As much as it costs at Walmart($34+), in Japan the MSRP has it over $40(converted from yen) and that’s WITH the yen still being weak against the dollar!

Same. Usually in my area it's not like that but for Primal and Prime, both were ghost. One of each just randomly popped up a couple of months ago. I grabbed Primal rolling the dice that Prime had a higher chance he will show up.
I just got Prime a week ago and haven't seen Primal since.

I only saw Primal once at a local Walmart and grabbed him.

If anything it seems like Cosmos was easier to find that Primal. They must have shipped wave 1 in ridiculously small quantities. Apparently someone at Has/Tak thought “you know who everybody will come out of the theater wanting a toy of? Rhinox”

I too only saw one mainline Prime and I grabbed him. It’s a sea of Rhinox… I just want Primal, now!

Wish I could help you buddy. I only saw ONE mainline Prime in stores and I got it immediately. I had to drive to walmart, which is far from me, as nowhere near me had anything rotb at the time. I haven't seen a single Primal on shelves. I would have a second one if I had seen them, cause I wanted to do another round of customizing, but as it is now, I don't wanna risk messing up the one I have.

Aliexpress is selling but expect to pay a $25-30 premium.
Shame since the figure is actually pretty decent.

I'm on the west coast but I haven't seen anything in stores. As far as I can tell this figure is not up for order on hasbropulse/bbts/tfsource/amazon either, not even as a preorder. The only online retailer that seems to even list it at all is Walmart, but not available for purchase. So I have no idea how anyone is getting their hands on this thing, or when it's even supposed to be out. I'm totally lost.
Anybody got any tips?
