Bologna Book Fair 2023 concluded recently and upcoming Transformers-related publishing materials were on display for the public.
Some of the highlights:
- Transformers: Rise of the Beasts children’s books by Simon & Schuster
- Transformers: Rise of the Beasts children’s activity books by Bendon
- Transformers: EarthSpark children’s books by Simon & Schuster
Speaking to the press, Michael Kelly, Hasbro’s VP of global publishing likens the movie to the more family-friendly original 2007 Transformers movie or the younger-skewing Bumblebee (2018), rather than some of the recent sequels. “It’s close to those in tone and feeling,” he explained. “It’s not one of those films that’s just brushing the R rating; there’s still lots of action and the stakes are high, but it’s solidly PG-13.”
Unfortunately, no news was shared regarding the comic book license.

I wouldn't call Bumbleebee "lubricating" on Simmons, introducing the main female lead via her ass, and talking about masturbation family-friendly and you calling the '07 movie that is frankly disturbing.
The 2007 movie is alot of things but family-friendly ain't one of them.

Like hearing ROTB compared to Bumblebee and the 07 film and not the other sequels.
From memory, no. But that is a shot in the movie a little later I believe.

I haven’t watched a single episode of Earthspark yet. Maybe my kids will get hooked. They liked Animated and Robots in Disguise. Waiting a little more before showing them Prime.
