Via friend site Cybertron.ca we can report that the Transformers Studio Series Wave 3 & 4 Core are out at Canadian retail.
Studio Series Core Wheelie and Rumble were found at Georgetown WalMart in Ontario by Cybertron.ca member evenstaves.

Slight correction, it is not wave 3 and wave 4, it is just one wave. I am unsure which, but it is the wave that includes Laserbeak, Wheelie and Rumble. Having 2 separate waves would mean finding Ratchet as well but that is not being reported on Cybertron.ca.
