Attention Legacy collectors! 2005 Boards member Spikeytigertron is giving the heads up of his sighting of the recently revealed Transformers Legacy Core Class Wave 5 at US retail!
Core class Grimlock, Thundercracker, Nemesis Prime, and Bomb-Burst (packaging refresh) were found at a Target stores in San Jose, California.
Happy hunting!

I know they're hitting around here based on the Bomb-burst PRs left hanging behind.

Make that 3 target stores near me…

Has anyone found Thundercracker and Nemesis Prime at Target recently? The shelf at my local Target store has been empty of core class figures since last month.
ScorponokIsHere
Yeah, I watched the video and he says he's doing his own transformation versus the official one.
And the toy is definitely engineered to be the instructions way. It's not an error. That gap on the underside of Grimlock's foot is there (and only on the one side) so that Sludge's tail kibble can fit into that space when the knee bends.
T-Hybrid
Interesting. The guy does a bunch of custom configs, that must have been one.
My bad.
ScorponokIsHere
The instructions show Evan's way.

How else could they put one foot forward?

Does anyone know when the next refresh/ reset is scheduled for at Target? The stores around me are empty except for some stuff from the new cartoon

I found the video review and watched it and the reviewer does say that the extended leg mode is just how he prefers it. Should have just watched it first lol. It does look interesting that way though, but I don't think it would be as stable as the normal leg mode.
I'm very interested in seeing the arm modes also. Think they both come in the next wave.
JazzAlert13
Ahh so they saved the other foot for last. Weird lol.
Hmm… I totally forgot about that. Then maybe this is more of a fan mode.
Duke spino
I'm pretty sure he's mistransforming it intentionally. Pretty sure he even said so during the video. If you notice it's less stable as a result, and he even mentions that likely it would cause the ratio to the combined arms to be wack. Remember, that if u use the fan mode, that the stability will be reliable on core knees. Don't know about you, but nearly all of my core knees aren't really stable

That's interesting because Evan didn't transform Grimlock in that configuration on his IG post. I wonder if this is the actual way? This definitely makes Volcanicus taller now. I didn't watch the video that that screen shot is from just to be clear. I feel like we need to see the instructions to see what they officially show.
See that's the thing in Evans IG post he has the leg mode with the dino legs forming the feet and Grimlocks blaster as the back heel not how that screen shot has them. Just interesting to me and makes me want to know which configuration is right. Excited to finish Volcanicus either way and hoping to see Dinoking from this.

Snarl/Doryu is the other leg.
JazzAlert13
Ahh so I was wrong about the Dino legs intentionally forming feet. He looks great as ever. Who’s supposed to be the other leg based on Dinoking? I’m so hyped for Dinoking.
T-Hybrid
Grimlock looks much better as a leg when properly transformed. They must have been rushed during the stream.

I want Nemesis Prime. Got a preorder of him at TCP that I’m waiting for.

Found a lone Nemesis Prime at target in Boise, Idaho today. They’d sold the rest of the case but refused to sell Nemesis at the register. NBD, I’ll pick him up when he’s on shelves in Summer.
