Via Yu’s Hobby Land Facebook we have our first images of the color prototype of the new Iron Romance Workshop IRS-01 Bloody Azura (Legends Scale Samurai Beast Wars Rampage).
This figure is a redesign of Beast Wars Rampage similar to Iron Factory’s Samurai Series. Standing only 10 cm tall in robot mode it features six poseable arms (4 of them are removable) with several interchangeable hands. It still transforms into a crab. According to the information shared this figure should be out in June this year.
See the images after the break and then sound off your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

You'll get Berserk when XTB announces Ditka 2.0, but good luck waiting on TFC Hun Gurrr
BIOMEC
I feel the same about Berserk, TFC's Hung Gurr and some Tunshi Studios figures I have preordered… But oh well, this is all about patience!
magmatron
It is starting to get a little frustrating, especially as we're almost one year into the original release date.
I wish we knew what happened behind the scenes, because they seemed ready to release it back in June.
DrCalligari
I've heard we'll get a peak at the 3rd page of the instructions next.
TIKnTIN
so i guess another 3 months until another teaser, and perhaps 6 months before they announce another release?

Speaking of Hands, when can I get my hands on a copy cause this edging is killing me
Sponge
Yeah I got a good laugh outta that too
lilcarus
yeah i don't see much a problem there. if they were the same color as the arm they would blend in better. but it really isn't too bad and the knuckles help a little.
RameezTheElite
I don't see a problem really, they blend in quite well with the aesthetic
Warpshard
I can't speak Chinese so maybe it's a joke, but he comes with a comical number of hands. I should have expected it from a figure with 6 arms but it still surprised me:

my brain instantly went to the DBZA joke between Cell and Vegeta. let's try to paraphrase.
Starscream: Hold on, your d*** talks??
Rampage: To be fair Starscream. You were the basis of my creation.
Starscream: ohoho! That is the most damage you've done to me so far.
guarayakha
Imagine in a fictional animated show of this, when in bot mode his bot-mouth remains fixed and his crotch does all the talking.
TIKnTIN
it's literally having a crabs infection and ants in your pants at the same time.
Shmoptimus Prime
That is the most aggressive crotch I've ever seen.

Bombusbee put up the price several months ago. Pretty steep. $50 plus shipping.

Spiffy
Problem is mommy and daddy keep promising to go on vacation and then they decide to stay local instead. How the heck you gonna pump out three thousand figures if they could walk in any minute?!
Warpshard
At the very least, all this blue-balling has made it undeniable that "Iron Romance" is just Iron Factory dressing themselves up in a fancy name for a new line (which I still don't quite get, maybe there's a financial reason but it always seems to be keeping different styles separate). Magic Square and NewAge both have a couple figures they revealed but haven't got out there yet, but there's not a name in the modern Legends game as good at stringing collectors along with pre-release photos as Iron Factory.
(plus the very similar names, similar looking design of parts, and the general vibe of the figures)
