Nah. There were plenty who thought Animated. But many were thinking it'd just be a variant on Legacy Arcee.

The only reason I'm pumping the breaks on X-Brawn is "WLDRDR" wasn't his name. It's certainly possible, but it'd be weird.

I hope Armada Optimus actually transforms when combining into his Super mode, split legs into arms and all that. That way a Armada Jetfire would be possible for the combination which I most certainly will pick up and that also means a Victory Galaxy Shuttle repaint and retool that I also will most certainly get as well.

I know it will have full leg transformation. But I wonder what sizes would Armada Jetfire be? What about Armada Overload? Will they combine with Armada OP?

Never have understood the wasted slot convo. Everyone gets into collecting at different times and by that point, Siege and Kingdom Magnus will have been out of the stores for years. This may be someone's first chance to buy without hitting the secondary market.
Honestly, there's almost no chance of me buying another Ultra Magnus, since I have bought five of the two molds based on Siege. But I hope it's great for everyone else, and I won't mind if he's so amazing that I break down and buy him.  

I made that statement a couple times in recent memory. One of which is the BWBB Ransack release. My logic being that even with that release of Ransack, we'll need yet another release in the future with a new mold featuring his original likeness. Though only later did I realize that people might actually want a Kickback retool Ransack instead of a new mold Ransack. It's pretty much spur of the moment for me and a bad habit I have hopefully kicked.

T-Hybrid

Typically the word "compromise" starts getting thrown around when it's not something the original figure/character did. Though even then you'll sometimes see it if people are feeling particularly picky.

I tend to see G1 figures as having compromised articulation in the name of vehicle accuracy and most combiners have always had 1-2 compromised modes.

I really don't think anybody should get their hopes up for X-Brawn. And I'd very much prefer it to be him! But it's just so much more likely to be a G2 Wildrider to me.

This isn't a whole new name though, just a 'ROBO' prefix. If they were going to cheap out on a new name for Wildrider I'd just expect him to be labeled 'G2 Universe Wildrider'.

but dragstrip is G2 ShadowStrip with his listing being "Shado Stri" so yes, the "robo" listing is more G2 wildrider than a new xbrawn.

I have Legacy Hot Shot. I'd love a Legacy Armada Cyclonus that's as great as Legacy Hot Shot.

We don’t know, it could be based on the one from 2001, it could also be G2 Wildrider under a new name like Shadowstrip. But my money is X-Brawn/Wild Ride.
