Third Party company DNA Design, via their Facebook account, have just shared images of their new upgrade kit: DK-41 Upgrade Kit For HasLab Victory Saber.
This new kit consists of the following new parts:
- Longer blade
- Longer and solid cannons (no hollows)
- Longer wings for Victory Leo/Victory Saber
- New faceplate with expressive eyes
Easy to install and the new parts don’t interfere with the transformation. This kit is expected for release by March 2023.

A bigger sword is always welcome, and so the new cannons. The wings seem too long, I would have rather have more gap fillers included. I'd buy the kit as long as the price is reasonable.

Just need the blade.
Can the 3rd party that did SS Grimlock's sword just make VS blade's please.
Thebricklord
Yea I put in a preorder because on the off chance that my helmet breaks I want a replacement available.
Mercurius
This 100%. There are so many kits they make that I'd happily buy a third to a half of, but don't want to pay full price for what I'm getting. I rather want a few pieces from their Menasor kit, too, but I'm not buying the whole thing, since I don't care about much of it.
UltraMagnanimus
Yes, 1000 times yes. I really hate those shoulder pads.
This set is so unimpressive. There's a bunch of more important stuff they could've included.
Its like they try to make upgrade sets with as many barely useful parts as possible lately.
vice cobalt
This is a must buy.
DubV
Maybe on the ones in the wet Taiwan shipment.

if they made a piece to make the original hollow guns and leo replaced wings into a a new double barreled gun and maybe a new extra piece with a large mane that connected onto starsaber\'s chest like the flame toys interpretation, mabe with some new connection to used the actual victory leo\'s head, that would have made this kit worth it, as it is…not much, also why didnt they add an smaller blade that looked apropriate for saber\'s standard robot mode?

Something which I think Hasbro learned to have a better grasp at for Deathsaurus. A higher budget (+$20) for a simpler-to-engineer figure. It's just a shame fans have to rely on 3P so much. It's like Hasbro WANT to legitimize 3P.

Or unlocking another tier
Slimaximus
I have a scratched face but not bad enough to put that ugly mug on my figure. Face sculpting is not easy and they have yet to do a good one

I'll just use my MP Star Saber blade as a substitute for Haslab Victory Saber. Won't fit but eh. Worth trying.
Skrunklemin
I think the numerous people that received a scratched Star Saber face will be grateful for the replacement option. I like the blade and filled cannons enough to bite for the price, but the wings aren't a must-have for me. Would have loved for a small hilt for Saber to use the stock blade.
Dragga
I'd honestly be more excited for new shoulder armor with room or a hinged flap to let the arm raise to at least a T pose range.

DNA can design a clip that attaches the long OR short blade to the flight stand.
It's all too frequent to see Japanese figures come with transformation and toon accurate parts. Hasbro can easily include 2 blades. Short for Saber, long for Victory Saber. Cost: 5 cents?

And China/HK got it even earlier than North American orders. I'm in Canada and I got it on Dec 9. DNA designers are based there, they got their hands on VS weeks before us.
Feralstorm
Bigger sword blade is nice. Aside from filled gaps in the shoulder cannons, everything else feels like overkill to me. the cannons didn't necessarily need to be bigger. The wings definitely didn't need to be bigger IMO, and I think the new Star Saber face looks worse.
Hellscream85
The hell are you on about? It's been released, I've had mine in hand for at least a week and a half
Rewind
His blade is just sad. I mean, its narrower and barely longer than Rodimus’ sword.

I do think its neat that it fits in the leg but I don’t like keeping it there because it slides out so readily that it always ends up on the floor.
