Time for another look at an upcoming Threezero piece – Transformers the Last Knight DLX Optimus Prime. Coming in at about 11 inches tall, the DLX line is mid range from Threezero, giving folks a sweet spot between their MDLX / standard Hasbro figures and the super big (and pricey) Premium scale. Prime is of course taller given his size on screen, so he rightfully stands well above the recent DLX TLK Bumblebee, though exact scale is not 100% here. The figure features 73 points of articulation, multiple accessory swaps for the hands, face, and weapons, plus lights in the eyes. Paint is top notch as usual, the movie toys really shine when Threezero does it right, and this version of Prime does. The fine folks over there sent us a copy a little early to take a look at, so read on to check out over 70 HD images and some additional thoughts. He hasn’t shipped in full yet, so if you dig him hit Threezero direct or our sponsors below to snag your copy!

Threezero DLX Transformers The Last Knight Optimus Prime
Overall Thoughts:
PURDY. I prefer the pre AOE/TLK version of Prime in the movies, but in physical form in front of you the Western Star Optimus is a beast. Lots of metal, red/blue popping off it, very crisp helmet and mask. It’s just sharp. If the design had a little more visible alt mode parts showing it would be perfect IMO. Toy wise, this thing is well engineered. Stiff firm joints, everything felt high end, tight while handling. Nothing broke during handling (and I ran it well), and not much popped off from pressure during posing. The lights in the eyes are good, but not as stark bright as some previous models. Articulation range is top notch, it’s like posing out a Marvel Legends figure, but 11 inches tall with diecast and automotive paint. Bottom line, if you dig the look from the movies and have the space/coin to do so, it’s worth a pick up. Check out some shots below and then head over to the 2005 Boards to see what the fans are saying!

It was expensive for what it is, £55 plus postage. But looking at in comparison to what we pay for gap fillers and weapon sets in the Generations line, I think it's priced fairly. I mean, it's gorgeous.

This looks absolutely fantastic. Where do I buy one and how much was it?

Just received the EMP Nemesis Prime head for this fella. It's fantastic. Really loving the circuit scarring sculpt work and piercing purple optics.

Mine was apparently delivered to an address in Kentucky. I do not live in Kentucky lmao
Atomic Tofu
Welp, looks like a sham, but I have to wait 7 more days before filing I guess. I don't know why it's so easy for them to sham ebay…like ebay should realize I don't live in Puerto Rico…and it got delivered there, lol. Now where is @zark225 package? hehe
Atomic Tofu
Not a good sign
I'm in the contiguous 48…it's at this point right now
CATANO PR DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Here's hoping…but might be quite a "crafty" seller afterall, lol
JasonTFW
There are multiple other Chinese sellers offering ROTF or TLK Optimus Prime at even more unbelievable prices now.
Shmoptimus Prime
Or a very nice high quality photo of the figures.

I'm expecting a LEGO at this point lmao
Sness
I'd recommend recording your opening of the package.

I can keep everyone posted too. I decided to take the risk on the $60.00 TLK Prime and $150.00 ROTF Prime. Apparently they shipped together and the USPS tracking info under product information says "small packets" so yaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy.
Heat Guy
If anyone is looking, I am selling mine. Same with TLK Bee.

Possible ebay is afflicted again with overseas scammers, the recent feedback does not look good…I'll keep you guys posted
zark225
They've also got DLX ROTF for $150 here
Makes me wonder if these are legit or not! I'm tempted to give it a shot given that theres PayPal protection and what not, but I don't know.

Message and ask them if there's anything wrong with it. It might be just a listing error too and they just haven't caught it.
JasonTFW
Is this a legitimate eBay listing? Why is it so cheap at $68?

Love this theory! First time I've heard of it but I feel like it checks out. I always assumed he just stopped using the gun and just kept it in its "holster" but that if he ever wanted he could pull out both his gun and shield at the same time. This theory makes more sense.
