An image from Zavvi website has been shared online and we have what seems to be our first look at a new Rise Of The Beast Deluxe Bumblebee figure.
We have not much details about this new toy but it looks like a stock image of a new Bumblebee movie figure (Deluxe class?) standing next to the recently revealed Rise Of The Beasts Voyager Battletrap figure. As usual, take this with a grain of salt until we get a reliable source or official confirmation.

Not a spoiler but the test screening leaks say he will look like the same as he was, but with a minor modification to the robot mode such as offroad tyres and a slightly thicker chest bumper.
The robot mode on the box is just the unmodified Camaro one (basically the one we see in the trailer).

SS-100 is just way better in regards to arms and legs. SS-01's are too thin compared to how thick they're supposed to be, and he has an OUTWARD ankle tilt which is useless.

Got mine today from Amazon.
He's fun.
A bit more simplified than the usual movie Bee toys, but I applaud the effort they make to change up the transformation a bit each time they make a new one.
Also got Battletrap.
Less fun, slightly frustrating. Alt mode doesn't tab together very well, and I can't seem to get everything to line up quite right.
But that could be user error.
Also, the arm kibble is less than ideal in bot mode.

Secondly , I'm happy they're going with Bee taking on the '77 Camaro. Though you can tell it was due to the blokes higher up not being able to make up their minds with BB being a reboot or not. That's why they fell back on Bee turning into a Camaro at the end to keep it ambiguous until they made up their minds. Like look how different Bee looked at the end the film.

Not much different to his VW form, because it's obviously just a Camaro grill slapped on his VW body.
Chest wasn't broken up like his 2007 counterpart.

But still! Glad they brought it back as I love the design, and he only appeared in bot mode for like a couple minutes in TF07. Yes he looks different in ROTB and much rounder so that must mean it's a reboot but I can't complain. I love the Bayverse but it had its time and hopefully the new TF Cinematic Universe prospers just as well.
But anyway gushing aside, I have a sneaking suspicion that the robot mode we see on the box or figure ISN'T the true form Offroad Bee takes.
See when ge transforms in the trailer, he's doing it in his unmodified 77 Camaro mode.

Granted, if he WAS gonna look different, it wouldn't be by much. It would be as different as Prime is. Mostly same bot mode but now he has sun visors and those truck fin things. Different enough but not too different from his BB Movie Freightliner. So I wouldn't expect Bee to look TOO drastically different, but only enough to explain why his SS figure does not integrate his new duds.

Maybe, I think someone did a swap with the B-127 with the mask and it couldn't fit on the body so who knows. But maybe could work with minor moding or wouldn't look bad just sitting on the body.

I also just picked up and extra Buzzworthy bee movie bee from Olies for $4. The heads might be swapable.

If the normal version doesn't have the eyes painted still or it has the battle mask, I'm going to get the Off-Road one (probably on sale) and just paint it with the silver paint I have to the best as someone who isn't the best with painting.

Damn, the excitement around this figure is great.
Was not expecting to hear it was dense and thick plastic and felt solid. Especially since this has quickly become probably my favorite live-action Bee design.
Going to still hold as best as I can and wait for a normal Camaro version in hopes they paint around the face better (though they could easily do the battle mask face), and also because I somewhat would prefer it not to be off-road since in robot mode all that kibble goes to the backpack.

Yeah this thing rocks. He's DENSE and looks proportionally better than Bayverse Bee's Classic Camaro figure. What I DON'T like is that the roll cage and roof lights have no integration with his bot mode. Lame as hell.

So, I was expecting small and crappy out of this guy and ended up being blown away by how thick and dense his plastic is. He's rather hefty, for a Bumblebee figure. Nice range of motion. Paint apps are nice and crisp.

True I guess, body wise he’s at least accurate. The antenna pieces are where the inaccuracy comes from.
Yeah, luckily he still might have another shot to be better.
