Thanks to a post in the HOBBYMIZER 玩具群 Facebook group we can share for your our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Legacy Evolution Wave 4 Voyager IDW Tarn & Leo Prime.
These figures have showed up at some collectible stores in Hong Kong. IDW Tarn looks like an amazing figure with a great poseability range and sculpt that we are sure will please his loyal fans. Leo Prime is the Legacy representation of Beast Wars II Lio Convoy which bring us a cartoon-accurate robot mode with a realistic beast mode as it has been with most of the Kingdom/Legacy Beast Wars toys.

One is a copy of Leo Convoy using Earth technology from our far future and their distant past and the other is Unicron reborn in a now dead Leo Convoy’s body at the end of time. Pretty big difference

That's not what's in question though.
The issue is that Chadderbug for some reason won't acknowledge that Copy Convoy isn't the same as Black Lio/Dark Amber.
Not only did they change his name, they also swapped his color palette.

Eh, MP "Dark Amber" Lio Convoy was clearly meant to represent a sort of Black Lio Convoy.
I don't think the differences between both are big enough to demand an argument.

Dark Amber and the original toy don't!
Hasbro didn't use the toy when they announced Nemesis Leo. They used Copy Convoy.

I read back. I meant that the show called it "copy convoy". Then they changed the name to black and dark amber, now nemesis is on the way.

They are not the same, but they are meant to look the same. Thus, I don't think it's wrong to call them the same as such

They have entirely different looks in terms of color.
They are not the same thing.
Dark Amber Leo Prime is not the same as Copy Convoy.

That's what the show called it. It was later changed to be simply "Black Lio Convoy" for the original and robot masters release, and of course "Dark Amber" for the MP release. Now the Legacy one will just use Nemesis.

They didn't ship yet? Mine said it was supposed to ship on the 1st for delivery on the 2nd but I found him in Walmart so cancelled my order.
Added some paint and removed the stub wheels on mine.

Well Copy convoy is black with grey and Dark amber is the other way around right?
