Coming to us via [토이팩토리] ToyFactory(장난감TV) on Youtube, we have our first set of in-hand images of the new Transformers Shattered Glass Soundwave.
This figure is a white and blue redeco of the Netflix Soundwave mold inspired by the first Botcon 2012 Shatttered Glass Soundwave toy. This new release includes the famous Soundwave’s headband which was originally offered at Botcon 2012. He also comes packaged with Shattered Glass versions of Ravage and Laserbeak (War For Cybertron Siege molds).

Mine’s been good so far, but I might be an outlier cause barely any of my figures have actually yellowed, and even those that did aren’t as bad as most of the others. I’d say the set’s worth it if you want a Shattered Glass Soundwave. Just know that Ravage’s legs can pop out easily on this version.

Hey all who have this figure, has it been "worth it"? I'm still balking a bit on the $63 price tag but am thinking I should jump on it before it goes out of stock. Any yellowing issues besides what was posted last year?

I had the same thing on my Soundwave. Hasbro sent me another copy for free, and my replacement is not yellowed!

So…. is anyone interested in buying a still boxed SG Soundwave and Laserbeak? I literally bought it just to get Glit, so I’d be happy to sell it for a discount.

Mine has no yellowing, but Laserbeak was missing both legs. Called customer service, replacement backorder and will ship when they get stock

Ravage sucks, both hind legs keep popping off, my Siege version never had that problem.

After further inspection…got a good amount of bone white discoloration asymmetrically all over. His knee is beige, but it certainly has some brown to it. The knee shows signs of changing color, as it is white underneath the joint. I have reports of other people experiencing no yellowing, so fingers-crossed that mine is a dud.

How yellow? Like, a bone-colored off-white, or is it that brownish, sort of mustard color? Any signs of the left knee at least changing color?

Ah, gotcha. I found the April 20th Roundtable where they talked about it. I have emailed CS, hopefully they can resolve.
