The Egg Council has gotten to the podcast, but WTF @ TFW has a bunch of acquisitions to inquisition about! Aaron scrambles to talk about the Wreck N Rule Collection, TJ fries up some thoughts about the Rider Pain Index, and Vangelus comes out of his shell to make sure the episode isn’t over easy.

Yo! So hey, just so communication is clear: I'm having some tech issues currently with the ol' PC!
Episode 623 is coming, I'm just using a secondary computer that's (in comparison) slow as shit and… I think I'm on my third? attempt now of editing the episode as something keeps corrupting the Audacity file. It's coming within the next week or so! Maybe! Depends on what other technological gremlins expose themselves.

Hey Chris, did you ever figure out toy colors terrorsaur? I know you sometimes go to the missisauga toy shows and I could grab for the Oct show.

Have you guys received review copies of the WFC art book?
Transmissions did an interview with Mike Avila and FJ DeSanto, and DeSanto is absolutely raking Hasbro over the coals.
I always felt like your description of the whole show: ‘An adolescent view of what maturity is’ is absolutely bang on. In fact, I’ll say I think the single best/only good scene in the entire show what Megatron’s visit to the Energon refinery. I think that’s the only time the show actually got the vibe it was going for the entire time.
Judging by DeSanto’s tone and language though, he seems really unhappy and it sounded like an incredibly frustrating experience making this show.
Anyways, this interview is very interesting and a little disheartening. Apparently in their dealings with Hasbro, Hasbro had little to no understanding of their own franchise.
‘When we started working with Hasbro (Prime Wars) they didn’t have any sense of the franchise and the multiverse and all that’
They were later given a ‘bible’ of sorts for WFC. They consider Prime Wars to be the official end of G1. They didn’t understand Beast Wars or where it fit. Hasbro came back to them about including the golden disc in WFC. ‘What is it supposed to be? What is the significance? Why does Megatron want it?’
Warden is obsessed with G1 (no surprise there), and was upset over the series as he wanted it to end with them arriving on Earth to set up 1984 G1 at the expense of the Beast Wars inclusion.
He does mention that a lot of this probably won’t be in the book though, as they aren’t exactly painting Hasbro in a favourable light.
It furthers my suspicion even more that the shows cheap and half assed production including non-union VA’s was a Hasbro mandate.
Maybe all this is old news at this point? I have no idea.

Hey, I don't make the rules. The opening themes do.
BattleUpSaber
there is NO way Kuuga is a 0 on the pain scale. I don't care what that theme song says.
Requiem Prime
"I would like to find them in a comfortable way"
What an irony. That was why I gave up scouring for physical stock and moved to pre-ordering online. But with the 2-10 month jumping/delays finding it in a store is the less stressful option.

I cheat when it comes to cracking eggs. I ask my wife to do it.
But in all seriousness, I learned to do it on the edge of a bowl, so that way.
And great episode!
