Via JoeyBoy on Youtube we can share for you our first in-hand images of the Transformers Legacy Deluxe Dead End.
Dead End is part of the upcoming Legacy Wave 3 Deluxe and he’s the fourth new Stunticon update for the Legacy line following Motormaster, Dragstrip and Wild Rider. Dead End shows a G1 cartoon inspired robot mode with an alt mode pretty similar to his G1 toy incarnation (including a red yellow strip along the car). As we expected, Dead End has got the same spring-locked mechanism; similar to Dragstrip; that allows the figure to split in two to form Menasor’s left arm. We also have comparison shots with Combiner Wars Dead End and other Deluxe figures.

Nah I saw that, there's a really clicky tab behind the back windshield that's easy to miss but doesn't change the fact that there's a serious tolerance issue. You can either close the side gaps OR the top gaps, but not both. Someone brave will need to take a blade to it and tell us where it's safe & effective to do some shaping.
Good old Hasbro, a free Gundam model with every figure. He works fine as an arm though, the pegs help force it together.

I posted on Reddit how to properly transform the back: https://www.reddit.com/r/transforme…_tab_deadends_feet_together_for_vehicle_mode/

I saw a couple yesterday at two different Target Stores, but I skipped in order to get SS86 Ironhide instead.
Then the last Target I went to had a lone Wildrider, so he got prioritized too.
I should probably try to get Dead End next, tho.

Got this bad boy in hand today, and I'm less bothered by the feet than I thought I would have been. However, in car mode, the feet do not line up properly looks pretty badly… Is anyone else having this problem? Or a fix for it?

In the US. The UK and other places have had them for about a month. You also have to average it out with the fact that Blitzwing was sighted in April/May and Hasbro's seasonal cycle which would place wave 3 in Autumn.

They still have yet to have wave 2 Deluxes at retail now.

I'm not trusting anybody that gets free shit from the company that makes it.

September/October probably.

That would be on the reviewer, though. Over in LEGO spaces there are reviewers who get entire waves early form LEGO and have had no issues going over the pros and cons of each set as they go over it.
Also, what is a "negative review?" I hate the ones that spend the whole thing trashing a figure. The better ones go over the good and the bad and give an overall opinion when it's all said and done. That's why I've gravitated to the ones I have and started ignoring others.

Wildrider isn’t out at retail shelves or Amazon yet. Sure thing toys had him in stock briefly for retail last week

Yeah, I was one that definitely wasn't happy with the lower legs, but like lambi said, it doens't look too bad in person. Hi def stock photos didn't help.
Still waiting on Wildrider, but this wait is killing me.
