Taking a quick look today at Threezero‘s DLX scale Transformers The Last Knight Bumblebee. This is a smaller version of their Premium scale offering coming in at 9 inches tall with a die cast frame, LED lights in the eyes, and 60+ points of articulation. It keeps on with the high end feel of previous DLX figures, the new smaller package compared to Premium, and smaller price. We’ve had him in hand a bit, but IRL things has our galleries on a bit of a delay. He’s now shipping and some folks already have him in hand. Some retailers are still awaiting stock, so there is time to get your orders in if you dig him. We’ll let the pics and forum discussion speak for themselves, but bottom line – another fantastically executed piece for those looking to rep the movies in physical form on their shelves, where transformations aren’t the primary concern.
Read on to check out our set of over 45 HD images courtesy of Threezero. Hit our sponsors below to check for stock. Stay tuned after SDCC for our in-hand shots of DLX Jetfire and Premium BB Optimus.

This figure doesn't need to but a Bee with new clever engineering is always welcome.

A new transforming TLK Bee figure would be awesome (hopefully Studio Series gets on that eventually), but I think it's cool to have a more screen accurate non-transforming one too. Especially since TLK Bee has a few things in robot mode that don't work with alt mode, like how he still has the 07/ROTF vents on the legs and the DOTM Spoiler forming the lower set of wings.

Anyone else agree that this needs to be a transformable figure? I would kill to be able to add this to my collection and he would look awesome (if scaled correctly) next to my Prime and Megatron TLK figures. Bumblebee transforming figures are seriously due for an upgrade. There is no good toy for AOE or TLK for Bee. He deserves the best
Bee Camaro
Bee and the Jada Toys Camaro look pretty good together

Now if only ThreeZero would make a figure to go with this one…

Same. But I've seen a video where he had it in the left if I remember correctly
Angle. Sometimes the way my shelf is, if I put the canon on his right arm I'll be seeing his backs instead of his front
VVa
I don't think so. His left arm swivels but it's not coming off on mine the way the right one does.
Besides? Why would you give it to his left arm?? Bee's always been right handed with his cannon.
Angry fan
Hey can we put the canon in the left arm?

Putting the Decepticons in their place

I just got this guy a few days ago and I have to say they've really outdone themselves with the weathering and details. I love how carefully they did the dry brushing along the edges, so realistic and consistent all over the whole thing, especially impressive at this scale. The sculpt is gorgeous too. If it wasn't so out of scale, it would've been my fav dlx piece so far.

The whole assembly is diecast and the pin is huge dia. I considered attempting to pop the pin, but it is metal on metal. I cannot see how it could be disassembled to "fix" it, so I am leaving it for now. If you manage to fix it, please keep us informed. If you can, take pictures of how you did it
Angry fan
Well then I'll try to just fix that myself or leave it like that
XIII
I don't "blame" them. They are just real dicks about it. They could be mor polite. But the are always rude. Even when you get the card in on time and have an actual covered warranty repair.
DinoSnarl
Well you can't really blame ThreeZero then. They do make it clear you have 14 days to register…
XIII
Yup. You just have to make sure you fill in that card and send it (online works). As I said… I was a few days late and they refused to help.
DinoSnarl
And the other thing the warranty actually starts the day you send in the warranty details whether it be email or online.
DinoSnarl
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experiences.
I've only had problems with 2 figures; BB Optimus & AoE Optimus (both through my own fault) and their CS really came through. With BB Optimus I got told the arm had to arrive in 14 days or they would cancel the repair so I just used Australia Post Express not a courier. And they will send it back to me for free. With AoE Optimus I broke a couple of pieces and they happily sent replacements to me free of charge.
I don't know why the disparity between you and me. Maybe they like Australians more?
XIII
That is my point. Don't wait. Fill out the card immediately. They are also sticklers about the proof of delivery receipt. That date is when the warranty begins. You can fill out the card but if you don't have the proof of delivery date receipt in a way the find acceptable, threy will decline the warranty. As I said. Threezero are real dicks when it comes to CS. The few I was able to get repaired, I had to pay to ship to HK and the pay again to ship back. And it had to be priority shipment. Threezero told me that if they did not recieve with in 7 business days, that they would not do the repairs and I would still have to pay to get my unrepaired figure back. Only time this worked was the repair to my premium TLK BB. They wanted me to send the whole thing back. But I convinced them to just let me send the broken hand and shoulder paulldron. Took 3 months to get replacements. They make great figures but the CS sucks balls for something so expensive.
DinoSnarl
Yeah that's a shame but you've got to do it within 14 days.
XIII
Yeah. Mine, the left ankle doesn't tilt. I tried contacting ThreeZero but since I didn't open it right away and send in the warranty card within 30 days, they said I was SOL.
This isn't the first time either. ThreeZero are total dicks if you don't send in that damn card
DinoSnarl
Best you contact [email protected]. They'll should help you out.
