Via PrimeVsPrime on Youtube, we can share for you our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Legacy Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection Road Hauler.
This upcoming Walmart exclusive figure is a green redeco of Earthrise Voyager Grapple with an alternate “screaming” face. We have comparison shots next to Kingdom Inferno and the aforementioned Earthrise Grapple. Road hauler sure looks nice in his new deco and the new face give him a lot more expressions for your display.

Yeah, usually I hate that sort of thing (emotional faces), but for some reason I'm okay with Hauler always hulk hollering. Maybe it's the green… Reminds me subconsciously of the Hulk…

They leveraged the MP branding to help compensate for the costs of licensing the 6 trains. He's also a combiner that hasn't had a recent update….so there's a market hungry for him.

Sounds like a sane plan to me. I honestly have no idea what Takara is doing. I'm in for Raiden, but it's also the weirdest choice they could have come up with. I don't bother with 3p, so for me, having an MP combiner will be neat but like…..guys…..DEVASTATOR? Hello?

I actually sort of gave up on Takara ever doing an MP Hauler. The Inferno/Grapple molds were quite a while ago, I think they did Artfire and called it a day. I ended up getting the MMC Ocular Max version of Hauler, because I wanted some representation of him on my MP shelves.
Same goes for Black Diaclone Ironhide… I want him but fear the Takara window has closed.

Although a few people are dismissing the idea, it works for me. And he doesn't have to be a Combiner. Just him and a few other Turbomaster Characters that make up a Autobot faction that's similar in rank as The Wreckers.
