Funko is sharing out their massive onslaught of exclusive items for SDCC 2022, and one of them is none other than the Chaos Bringer himself – Unicron. The 10-inch Jumbo sized POP! will be exclusive and limited at San Diego Comic Con 2022. No word yet on price, run number, or anything else. Stay tuned for more as it pops (/bigpun).
Purple Heart
That is a CG render. A very poor and unconvincing CG render.

I have every single Masterpiece Transformer ever released, as well as dozens of 3P MP figures, and have been collecting figures since the mid 90s across various lines. I also happen to think some Funko Pops are cheap, cute representations of characters who may not otherwise get merch.
I’m sorry I’m not a serious action figure collector, but if you could teach me how to gatekeep plastic dolls that may help me get there!

A good figure is one thing…
A figure that costs $500-$1000 is a whole other fucking issue.
I don't know about you, but a lot of people don't got that throwing around change to buy every $500 plus figure everytime it comes out.
And a figure that doesn't transform, well I mean I see their, point it's literally called a Transformer and it's entire gimmick is to transform so I get some of the salt with that.
THE-TRANSFORMER
Well that would make sense since Funko have the rights to make Transformer Pops based off the toys and not the animation.
Your correct there and that is annoying. However I thought that Devy was only regular sized? They could always re-release as a jumbo? Not sure about the other ones we're going to miss out on.
Are you a serious action figure collector, or are you a serious Transformers collector? I suppose there would be a difference.
And yet when someone releases a good realistic figure, people find some other reason not to buy… too expensive, or DoES nOt tRaNSfoRM!!

Is it just me or has anyone else never cared for these, like at all. No me, funko pops have always seemed like off brand knockoffs and I that I would actually like a good realistic figure of said character.

Hoping the Transformers reveal at San Diego Comic Con. Is a full wave of Studio series 86 toys. I would love to see what Snarl and Swoop look like. Hoping to see a SS 86 Commander class Rodmus Prime toy. That has a Twelve inch tall robot mode. That can Transform into a one piece truck.
Similar to how DX9 did Carry.

Honestly the only Pops I’ve ever touched or let into my house are the three main characters from Super Troopers (Ramathorn, Mac, and Farva). And a lot of that is that they’re not bad likenesses and the fact they were like $6 each at Fred Meyers.

Nope, not even with YOUR ten foot pole and Elon Musk pushing.

I think Funko Pops are basically the "collectible" of the fake nerd – that person who thinks the characters on Big Bang Theory are an accurate representation of a nerd and they want to be like that.
I have never seen any serious action figure collector touch these with a 10-foot pole.
Venomus Rodimus
No funks given.
geekatron prime
I must have this. I only collect certain POPs and this will be one of them.
Black Convoy
Most of the exclusives will be also up for pre-order via Funkoeurope.com for those interested.

I dislike Mighty Mugs. Pops are a scourge. Cheap plastic don't belong. Not in my house!
Q Prime
It's looking at the butterfly on its tail.

Why is Bambi in the "I'm smelling my butt" pose???
