Courtesy of our very own TFW2005 member Patrickab7 we can share for your our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Legacy Core Class Shockwave.
This figure is supposed to be part of the second wave of Legacy Core class toys together with G2 Megatron (Kingdom redeco) and Optimus Prime (Kingdom re-release). It was found at specialty store Time Warp Toys in south St Louis, Missouri. This new core figure seems to share part of the engineering of the Combiner Wars Legends Shockwave figure but it’s pretty much a new mold with and alt mode inspired by the War For Cybertron Siege Shockwave spaceship mode. It includes a new radar dish which its own piece that can be held in Shockwave’s hand. A peg piece can be moved down at the back end of the spaceship mode if you want to use it as a gun.

I was going to skip this core Shockwave, but after seeing he has a gun mode for larger robots, I picked him up. Better than spending $20 for a single upgrade kit gun for Menasor.

I read somewhere that this dish is supposed to be for someone else. I think it was Reddit, maybe Facebook, someone said it's meant to go with another character like the accessories from the Centurion had. IIRC, the person said Soundwave. Does anyone know for sure?
