Via UK website ABGee we have our first look at the packaging of the new Transformers: Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures Dinobots Unite Smash Changer Optimus Prime.
While this figure was officially revealed back in February this year, we have new stock images revealing the packaging of this new 9-inch Optimus Prime figure which transforms from truck to robot in just 3 steps…in fact, you smash the figure to do it.
It’s good to notice that the robot mode design is pretty similar to Bumblebee Movie Optimus Prime rather than Cyberverse, and some might say it could be an early Rise Of The Beasts Optimus Prime toy. In any case, all the packaging and art of this windowless box is based on the Transformers: Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures Dinobots Unite box style. It is expected to retail for $31.49 and scheduled for release in October.

Liege Prime
That is a comically stark contrast between figure and art. Anyways, he has some good detail but too gimmicky for me. Hope it works well though.
Cardion
I'm in for this if I can find him for $20 or less. He looks like a fun, chunky fidget toy.
TF Hot Rod
Damn, that SUCKS both for them and for us. Cause if they had just waited a week or didn’t delay the film we would have maybe saw them. But way more for them.
Indeed.
Indeed, and from all the news we have they have a LOT coming.
The current up to date list:

Indeed. Hasbro had no choice but to do this. Toys were being manufactured at the time and I heard that Hasbro was planning to reveal them during Brand Licensing Europe Expo on November 17th, 2021.
A week before the expo, Paramount delayed the movie with short notice.
Hasbro can't keep them at manufacturing plants. They must move to warehouses and then to the market.
This will likely be the first of many repackaged or early releases. Hasbro cannot hold onto them for a year+. Storage charges would eat away the profit.

Things are so bizarre here at times, why would we question whether this is Rise of the Beasts or not? It's obvious it is. It's another poorly coordinated movie mess, there isn't any point in pretending it's not because it's not going to go away.
Ottertron
How good would a Soundwave redeco look though?
galvatran
That's one heck of a long name…
Skycutter
i wonder how big it is in alt mode and how well it would look as a autobot troop transport
weevil
his artwork is still Optimus from cyberverse.
RodimusZero
I mean, I know we all know the backstory of this likely being an ROTB toy that they didn't want to delay any longer so they wouldn't have a dent in sales…
but the juxtaposition of the ROTB design with the Cyberverse box art makes this look like such a chinese bootleg
shibamura_prime
I want this more than I should. Echoing the interest in seeing how this gimmick works.
TF Hot Rod
Probably. Now like you said Scourge, Primal and the others (minus Cheetor) will be interesting. Will they use the same CV Prime render or something else? Probably the CV Prime render.
Slimeformerzaa
Well ROTB Prime looks different when compared to Cyberverse Prime. So its a safe bet that WJ will have his Cyberverse counterpart on the boxart.
TF Hot Rod
Oh yes lol, what I meant to say was that Wheeljack in ROTB is gonna look different than CV Wheeljack cause of the alt mode but they'd probably still use the CV WJ design.
LethargicPineapples
Seeing that toy in that packaging feels cursed somehow
Slimeformerzaa
Wheeljack was in Cyberverse tho
TF Hot Rod
Scourge and Wheeljack as well. Maybe it'll just be this image of Optimus still.
Slimeformerzaa
I wonder what the boxart for toys like Mirage or the Maximals (except Cheetor) will be like, as they never appeared in Cyberverse.
Oniconvoy
I’m very interested to see how smooth this gimmick will be.
TF Hot Rod
Nice, now I wonder how long till the other ROTB Cyberverse figures that we know are being imported or are in the US and possibly at a Hasbro's warehouse will be revealed?
