Via Chefatron on YouTube, we have our possible first look at the new Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts Battle Changers Bumblebee.
This figure seem to be part of the small and simple scale toys aimed to younger fans, similar to the previously seen Rise Of The Beasts Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal toys. This figure features a limited articulation with a flip up arm cannon. Alt mode is similar to the off-road Camaro Bumblebee seen during the Rise Of The Beasts filming. We also have comparison shots next to other figures which let us see this figure is similar in size to a modern Deluxe toy.
Check all the images after the break, as well as Chefatron video review, and then let us know your impressions on the 2005 Board!

Yeah, it would suit him so much more. And there's enough differences to distinguish the design from VW Bee, kind of how Jeep Bee is quite different from that design (I still think they should've based Brawn on that model)

I get big TFP Cliffjumper vibes and I love it since that’s my favorite design for Cliffjumper. Honestly if Cliffjumper were still alive and in the movie. I feel like the off-road look would look great on him (Instead of BB)

What might've been… poor CJ.

Given how similar their designs will most likely be they could probably just make the offroad parts removable.

so far i like all the RotB toys

I hope they actually give bumblebees old cannon, the one from bumblebee was kinda odd. The cannon looks like a minigun but works like the old one and the fingers around the cannon kinda look dumb.

On the subject of the designs I like how ROTB seems to be referencing a lot of TF eras in how they look and what characters they're overall are. I mean Optimus obviously looks like his G1 design and Bee is basically how casual movie goers remember him as since the 07 movie but then we have Arcee who's alt mode references the alt mode she had in Energon, ROTF, and Prime along with Wheeljack having his van alt mode from the G1 pilot episode, The Maximals obviously representing the Beast era and Scourge is a mixture of at least two if not all three Decepticons of the same name from the franchise in general. It's a nice way to acknowledging many Eras from the brand's history and not just from G1 and the previous movies here.

I hope for the eventual ss release of this bumblebee we'll get a bumblebee movie retool into the camaro design we saw at the end that way we'll have all 4 bumblebee movie designs into proper figures.

IDK if I still have mine but I loved it as a kid. One thing also I learned years later in 2017 is that if you hold down the autobot button I believe it plays "Touch".

Dude..dont say that too loud..my son will find you…he LOVED his!
TF Hot Rod
IDK I'm not really gonna read into it since it's a kids gimmick toy. Especially because of what we got for the last film…

Wait, that cannon looks a lot like the bayver- oh no…..

Feels like it's worth sharing this here as well. Great work!

The biggest problem with BBM Arcee's optics are there very tiny and kind of human-looking. If they made them bigger like Bee or Prime's they'd look better.
Yeah his original and modified Off-Road BB artwork has him with the bigger wheels. Just his regular Camaro mode doesn't since the wheels are normal sized.
Shattered Trousers
I still think these would be really nice Legion-class figures.
The flip-out weapon accessories even remind me of one of the first toys ever made in that size class, Cybertron Starscream, who featured flip-out sword and null ray weapons.

Laszlo did put the wheels in his art, but he did the art for an unmodified Camaro bee so the wheels are smaller and not visible from the angle Bee is in.
Pixelmaster
Its the eyes Chico… Bay eyes are like BBM Arcee eyes where they're so close to human eyes there's a slight hint of uncanny valley to it.

FWIW, the concept art I saw didn't give me too good of a look at the new design of the arms, but the placement of the wheels on the legs seems fairly accurate (I'm not sure why Lazlow didn't put them in his art). However, the tips of the feet seem to be different from the concept art; the toy has some added details, whereas the concept art pretty much just looks like the feet from Bumblebee.

what a piece of junk
maloney4playz
also im looking at the face and this is in no way even a bayverse lookalike. maybe a bit more mechanical detail
