Honestly I don’t think IDW even cares anymore that the artwork is lazy or traced. They’re losing the license to publish TF comics soon yeah. So they just don’t really care anymore

Yeah sadly I don't think anyone is too pushed. They just want it done and dusted and wrapped up. No one is bringing their A game. Why would you really bother if you're possibly going to lose your job and your company has already lost the rights anyway.

I have a feeling that the Devastator was also traced from one of IDW’s older covers. Can’t remember which one but Devy was also screaming/roaring/yelling in it.

Eh, it’s not a bad cover but I don’t really like it. I mean, it just feels like something you see on Deviantart or Artstation. It just feels…off. I’m not hating on it, just saying.
And also, the Technobots’ silhouettes look like they’re almost traced from the Takara UW stock photos.

wow yeah it looks like they took it and did a few edits to make the silhouettes face the other way. Is this the same artist who did the re-draw of Primal for the BW cover?
