Third party company Newage Toys, via their Facebook account, have shared images of the color prototype of their new H43 Tyr (Legends Scale Cyclonus).
This is an impressive mold for the competitive Legends scale market. The robot mode stands 12.1 cm tall featuring a great range of poseability and a nice finishing. It comes with 2 different guns and a pair of extra hands. According to the information shared, Newage have updated the face sculpt.

Sorry for bumping – if anyone in the UK would like to sell me Nightstick from the EX version, that would be appreciated! Just drop me a line.
Barebot
Glad to have picked this one up. The colour is stunning.

I absolutely love how the Depth Charge looks, but especially with that custom faceplate

Damn, deep cut.

Had another idea for a potential redeco of this mold

Same! Except I didn't forget, because I was kinda skeptical it was gonna happen, so I kept checking in. Even asked customer support if they knew when it would ship (this was a few weeks ago, and they said "next week", so I guess close enough). I'm still kinda shocked it worked out. How did ShowZ get these lucky draw figures? Will they ever have any of the other characters? No one will ever tell, of course.

Just had an email from Show Z saying they’ve shipped the clear purple variant. To be honest, It’s been so long, I’d forgotten I’d ordered it!

I am so happy that he can grab his sword with both hands.

Just sandpaper is usually enough to get it pretty smooth. I've never tried filling but ik you can get it mirror-smooth that way.
TIKnTIN
all painted up in silver. not quite the finish i was aiming for. thinking i should have filled and sanded the print lines smooth somehow. but i've never done anything like that before, so wouldn't know how to begin and how much effort it would take.

You can split Targetmester's legs a little, and still use front landing gear in the alt mode.

Finally decided on the EX version. Now to start waiting for Scourge!
Not really bothered about Galvatron, with his giant boxing glove hands.
Mechman42
Mine is actually on the stand that comes with Shockwave, but I'm pretty sure it's the same claw.
Barebot
Thanks, both!
I'd forgotten all about that claw piece stashed under the seeker stand.
Mechman42
He doesn’t, at least not that i can find. The claw holds him pretty well though.

I'm not sure how well it works, but his hands are accessible from the underside in jet mode and can accommodate a flight stand peg. In robot mode he's got a hole in the back of his hips for a flight stand.
Barebot
Could anyone confirm if Tyr has a port on the underside of his jet mode, to allow use of one of the seekers' flight stands?

Does anyone know if there is a replacement/fix for Depth Charges cockpit? I would much prefer it was solid color/shape and not have those cockpit windows visible in beast mode (and I rather not paint them as the inset shape will still be visible).
