Via Weibo user 路人老板 we can share for you images of the gray prototype of upcoming Fans Toys: FT-30E Jester (Masterpiece Scale Slingshot).
We have a look at Fans Toys impressive cartoon-accurate take on G1 Aerialbot Slingshot for the Masterpiece scale. The images let us appreciate the figures in both modes and a comparison size group shot with the rest of Fans Toys Aerialbots. To top it all, we also have images of the Combiner mode which seems to be able to work as a right or left arm.
You can check the mirrored images on this news post after the jump and then sound off your impressions at the 2005 Boards!

If this image was shown to me in April of 2023, I wouldn't have believed it. Fans Toys combiners actually moving forward, and either some momentum. Whoda thunk?

I can disagree with FT on the purple for Devy but OVERALL I get what they are trying to do. When you mention white on Viper and Jester, I think to a certain degree because of the characters they have to stay true to that with some bone white or very light pearl to pull off the character and match with the other members. When it comes to the hands it appears they have wisely gone with the off white pearlescent to provide a contrast.

I hear that. I got the reissue Soar and Stomp at retail, paid $300 shipped for Sever which I think is fair aftermarket and the absolute highest I'd pay for the other 3. But back when I was a foolish young lad (3 years ago) first getting into 3P I paid $300 for a first run Thomas as my very first FT.
Now that I'm older and wiser, only chinese sellers for new FT releases.
franpincho
Yeah, it is nowhere worth that price. I have mine, paid retail for it and that's fair. It does look great, no question.
No BBB price for Viper then, right? Easy to assume it will be like shows. lol@$220
Honesty
I remember someone sold their Stomp at one point on here, for big big bucks. And then like a week later, he was reissued, lol >_<.
I’m trying not to think about buying a Hydra myself (even though FT confirmed no reissue anytime soon). The $400+ Chinese prices are a good turn-off though.

Chinese Copyright Law is did you pay enough bribe to the right government official or not. If yes strictly enforced, if no you don't exist. EDIT: It isn't just small things easier. I remember years ago Mercedes-Benz sued for copyright theft in China and lost to a local Chinese companies "original" product.
Gaius Freeman
That's low. FT surely paid top dollar for the rights to the Top Gun theme, the Metal Gear Solid theme, and many others to set the tone just right for these unlicensed figure videos. What a violation of a spotless creative process!
For real though, I don't know shit about Chinese copyright law. Could be 100% above board across that pond.

These videos are under 2 hours, it can't be him!

I'm planning to open a new thread for Fans Toys guide videos, then you can post a video there whenever you feel like it. Or if you're really scratching your head and thinking, you could post a guide video there even when you don't feel like posting. And then when that thread is full of guide videos, a new thread will be opened after that. i.e. with the same idea that with some super rich people -> Then when the rich person's account gets full, and the money can no longer fit in one and the same account, a new account must be opened.

Fat chance. I started collecting again in 2020, and if this board was to believed in 2021 we'd have reissues of Sever, Scoria and Grinder. Finally gave up this week and got Sever at a reasonable-ish price.
Futureye
Exactly.

Yeah well, I think that many other FT figures have been featured on this forum, which many would like to see reprinted as well, if Fans Toys read this forum. For example Jabber, Spotter, Sheridan etc. Some people say Fans Toys is watching. I myself do not take a position on this matter.
Hopefully Fans Toys will continue making reissues in the future as well, because it’s always a good thing.
Doom Slayer
If I have a good experience somewhere I usually stick with that place. And sometimes I decide to switch. And for me personally, I don't see the reason at the moment.
Futureye
Except that Baba was more than $10 cheaper for Scourge, for example. But still ShowZ is a good place to order, no doubt about it.

Thanks for fighting the good fight and advocating on everyone's behalf @Dpuff . As others have said – if nothing else – you've at least brought it to FT's attention. Hopefully they'll give it some thought as a result of your email.

In my experience, ShowZ is one of the best stores when it comes to prices and shipping. It's insane.
DarthBacon101
wow, and I'm paying a lot more than that with TCP, but I've already paid in full. I'm glad my long long ago Bandit preorder is still with Showz. I feel like I'm going to way overpay with TCP on the Aerialbots, but I like the way I can pay on my po's.

I think I saw him at the local bingo parlor talking to some blue-haired old lady. He’s such a cad.
