Via an article in Comicbook.com we can report that four Transformers shows are leaving Netflix this year.
While Netflix got their own three seasons of the War For Cybertron Trilogy, they still had some other Transfomrers shows available for streaming. Sadly, the following series are leaving Netflix’s catalog this February 2022:
- Transformers Prime
- Transformers Rescue Bots
- Transformers Robots In Disguise
- Transformers Rescue Bots Academy
You still have some time left to watch this series if you haven’t yet. Maybe these series may be offered via other streaming services, or they may be uploaded in Hasbro’s YouTube channel as it is happening with Robots In Disguise and Rescue Bots.

When they do leave netflix, they better put TFP Season 1 on Tubi,it\'s stupid that there\'s only Season 2 and Season 3 on Tubi and Season 1 is on Netflix

Sorry to bump this thread but a month has passed and theyre still there

I thought that to be the case, but it raises a lot of questions about how to make a programme, from BotBots!

It tends to happen with upcoming shows
On Netflix to have a empty page with a title screen.

Its February 2nd and the shows are still on netflix. Did we get a specific day when they were leaving? I was looking at some sites yesterday and some said February 1st and others didnt even mentioned these shows leaving. If anything we actually got more transformers content instead of loosing it, rotf and dotm are back at Netflix.

Also in an unrelated note pluto tv got animated on demand Pluto TV – Drop in. Watch Free.
For some reason they didnt split the seasons but added all the episodes into the 1st season. Im not sure if theyve showed up on their live tv schedule but wouldnt be surprised if they did it would be kinda cool to see reruns of these shows on "live tv" again.

I finally finished all the aligned series in Netflix before it\'s removed now next month I'll watch The Unicron trilogy next.

For the official channels, it seems patchy at best. The official playlists for whole seasons often is not, I've seen notices that some videos are hidden due to my region. Sometimes that's odd episodes within a season, or the official playlists are strewn with 'bites' instead of episodes.
There are ways and means, unofficial uploads, VPNs, custom playlists and other options, but it's not the same as turning on Netflix or similar and it just working.

What is YouTube like outside the US? Do the playlists that we've got here work for places like the UK?

Sadly, Tubi is not generally available in the UK.
Netflix pulled these series from the UK last night, previously part-watched series now come up with a not available in your region notice.

Plus it just feels *good* to have a show you like on physical copies. I have all 3 seasons of Beast Wars on DVD

While Tubi is great for this stuff, you're still stuck watching commercials, which has gotten annoying with me personally. Since I have most of the shows on dvd, I converted them all to digital and stream them myself.

I saw PR fans saying the same thing as stuff is being moved off Netflix and to YouTube…but the thing is YouTube is where kids are discovering media. There's more and more parents cutting the cord, so streaming is the best place to find stuff and YouTube is free if a license holder wants to put media up to the broadest audience.
My kid found Beast Wars through Hasbro's clips channel before I brought it up. He recognized a few image previews on YouTube from toys on my shelf and started watching those. Now he's stumbling in to Power Ranger clips thanks to Hasbro putting entire seasons up there as well.
It is a lot of work uploading all that content. Especially if there are contracts dictating how the media is used and how they're compensated if/when it's put up on different places. Especially when you're dealing with media developed long before streaming was a thing.
It's easier now, because a lot of media creators factor streaming in to their distribution model. So the contracts they write up include how compensation works going forward.

…netflix have only carried the first season of rescue bots for at least three years, to my disappointment…
…my wife gave me all the DVDs for christmas a few years ago, but as noted above, they're random-episode samplers and not at all the same thing as watching the series through as it was produced…

I’m starting to think I’ll never get to finish RID15

I`ve mentioned this on Equestria Daily, basically the same thing as this place, but mainly for bronies, and not well, ehm, moderated (no offense to the mods/owners here, you guys are literally way better then the ones on EQD), but I think Hasbro should release their own Streaming Service that has all and I mean *all* of thier legacy content, from Power Rangers, to Transformers, (even RiD 01, despite Disney owning it), including their original Japanese versions, if any
Not sure how it`d work admittedly, but I`m also thinking that they should include some of their old PSAs, and commcerials (despite how bad some of the new ones are, the old ones are pretty nostalgic, if not a little creepy, at least the kids in the 80s ones), maybe call it The Hub, as a reference to the channel, and *not* the website with ehm, questionable material, bit more creative then some of the services we already have right now

I never watched the show, but I know it has a following. All the episodes are free on Youtube, and can probably be downloaded elsewhere. Not the best option, but at least it's something. I've catalogued over 150 sci fi/action cartoons I watched as a kid. If a DVD or BRD exists, i will purchase and support it, if not, I'll look for it by other means. Of all of these, the only ones I am currently unable to find are:
The Mighty Hercules from 1963 (of 128 episodes, I've been able to find about half of them)
The Rankin Bass King Kong show from 1966 (Classic Media released 2 DVD's with a few episodes. I've been able to find a few more online, but not all)
Dinosaucers (DIC 1987) -Yes they are online, but the openings/endings are missing, and cut into 11 minutes clips, I'm looking for whole episodes.
As for Transformers, pictured is my current collection * I also have the S!F Matrix box set not pictured:
The ONLY DVD's I did not purchase were S!F Rescue Bots because they were random episodes for the most part. If they ever released a complete box set I'd purchase it in a heartbeat.
Scramble City, Zone, BW II, BW Neo, and Transformers GO! are all Japanese series with no domestic release, but I have them all subbed.
As for Domestic Series: Rid 2001 (however I have an import DVD) Rescue Bots, RiD15 seasons 2&3, Cyberverse, Rescue Bots Academy, Prime Wars (although CW was a Bonus feature on the Target TLK Blu Ray) , and the WFC Trilogy all do not have domestic physical media releases.
