Courtesy of 2005 Boards member deltaprime we have our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Generations Selects Lift Ticket.
First revealed at Hasbro Pulse’s 1027 Premium Event, this figure is a redeco of Earthrise Deluxe Hoist inspired by the Diaclone mold which later became G1 Hoist. Lift Ticket features a “Wrecker” name on the side of his alt mode. We have some comparison images next to Earthrise Hoist and Trailbreaker. A very nice redeco indeed.

I picked up the Toyhax set for this figure as a birthday present for my brother, and it adds so much character to an already great looking toy! When I saw the “Witwicky Towing” stickers for the sides, I knew it was a must-buy.

Finally got Lift Ticket and it looks fantastic in-hand! What a huge difference it makes with a change in color!
I was skeptical as I only bought ER Hoist and Trailbreaker begrugendly just to fill their character spots… I did not like the (under-appreciated?) Hoist mold (honestly the colors are kinda ugly to me) to begin with, but the mold and colors grew on me and I ended up loving it!
And it’s even more awesome with the Lift Ticket color scheme! Kinda makes me crave Mcdonald’s french fries, lol
Also, the wings from SG Megatron and the Battle Masters Enerax and Sheeldron that came with Netflix Optimus Prime goes well with Lift Ticket IMO!

Got Lift Ticket in today from Pulse, happy with him, will be replacing my Botcon Lift Ticket. Hopefully we will get the Diaclone Blue Hoist as well I don't mind replacing my custom version.

I am torn on this figure. I have the Botcon version thanks to the TFCC Store going out of business sale several years back and for the sake of mold diversity on my shelf I was leaning towards that mold, especially after seeing the comparison shot in the review over on Shortpacked. This review is making me second guess myself to have mold consistency now.

Has anyone else pre-ordered Lift Ticket from GameStop?
He is still listed as having a street date release of Feb. 1st, but on my pre-order GameStop now states that he will not arrive at my home until April 6th.

Tabbing in the back of the vehicle mode is all manner of finger fuckery but once sorted, nice and solid.
Great deco and I'm pretty fond of this toy regardless of what flavour it comes in.

Oh, well that's just a reference to the original Diaclone toy that Lift-Ticket is based on. It was labeled as a "No. 8 4WD Wrecker Type" toy, so both it & the blue/purple colored version of that old mold have that tampograph.

Is that WRECKER on the side of the door a reference to something? Did the original have this as well? Of course we have the Wrecker(s) in TF fiction, but I do not recall seeing Lift Ticket in any line up so far (might change in the running IDW run?)
The only thing that comes to my mind is Wrecker Hook from the Robotmaster line. Now, having said that… I would like to see this mold in Wrecker Hook and RID 2001 Towline colours!

Hoist's color mismatch is fine unless you have the figure under a bright light, I didn't even notice until someone mentioned it.

Cool, I always liked Trailbreaker and Hoist and enjoy this mold. I have him preorderd. Gonna get the blue guy with the lousy name as well and hopefully they do the yellow version down the line.
