The red Ono deco has been made and sold out. My understanding was that the prize for the drawing was a grey "prototype deco" figure (not an actual prototype, though I may be mistaken), and (if I remember correctly) there were going to be several figures awarded as prizes.
We don't know if those prize-award figures have been made or not.
betsuni
I thought the prize was a prototype of a bot, not a production toy.
SquishyOH
But the figures have already been made and are sold out. I think it is just Mad Haus (or one of the partners) needed to hold on to one figure to award for the raffle.
There wasn't a second run of this figure coming, was there?
Delduwath
My impression is that XTB is running behind on their scheduled releases for this year, so I wouldn't be surprised to learn that they don't have the production capacity to make these special-edition figures right now. Which is a huge bummer, of course.
betsuni
Hopefully you win it since you shared the answer with the rest of us here.
pandastrong
Beginning to wonder if that drawing is ever going to happen.
pandastrong
Also, it sounds like the drawing will be happening very soon.

VE Telus
To those of you who have him, do you transform him with his wheels flipped in or his wheels flipped out? Is there an accurate, "official" way?

Being a Canadian myself I somehow knew that it had to be Canadian or French but somehow brain farted and never googled the NFB.
Of course now that contest is over by googling national film board of Canada santa cartoons it pops up first place right away.Congratulations and if you win please post pictures of it.

My assumption is that pandastrong will be one of, like, 3 people who managed to get the correct answer, and so is guaranteed to win (since there are multiples of the figure being given away, I think).
pandastrong, I hope you post some photos of the figure when you win!
betsuni
Ha, same here. I just didn't dive into the internet enough.
I hope you win the contest since you were kind enough to share the answer.
sdmacleod
Well sir, my hat is off to you. For all my googling, I still missed this one somehow. Well done! (he says through salty tears )
pandastrong
Google, ha. I had a hunch that it was a Canadian show or movie because of location of TFCon/sponsors.

So since this thread was bumped, is anyone still waiting on their preorder from Ages Three & Up? I haven’t seen any movement on mine, but skimming back I see some people did get theirs shipped.
betsuni
Thank you for sharing the answer!
Ok, so how did you know about this?

The Great Toy Robbery (Short 1963) – IMDb
Delduwath
Yes, please.
pandastrong
Is it safe to reveal the answers now?
sdmacleod
Echo'd. The inclusion of the Toyhax stickers is sweet (think I'll put 'em on Paean though), and the contest, though frustrating, has been a unique challenge. Thanks!

Awesome, and thank you so very much for all of your work with this figure! I LOVE it.
