Huh? I am into shoes, although I don't consider myself a sneaker head. That hobby/lifestyle is HUGE and has way more people into it then the few people that follow/buy transformers. Some of the most sought after shoes look downright terrible. These, while not my style definitely are more respectable then many sneakers I see grown adults wearing.
But as somebody else put it, we are all on a Transformers site that deals with kids toys. The real world probably wouldn't consider us a respectable adult but hey, that's ok

That was my thinking, the Optimus ones especially don't look like clever modern shoes with a hint of Transformers, they look like kids shoes so when they run off in the mall you can see their flashing shoes in the crowd. The Megatron ones look decent outside, but you have to look at that silly image on the insole every time you put them on until it wears off.

I like the megs but why red hits instead of purple? even the con emblem is red, isnt that shattered glass or some shit?

You'd want to replace the soles anyway, if you chose to wear them. Otherwise, Optimus/Megatron will cease to have a face.
Besides that, these are Adidas, which means they won't fit my feet anyhow. For whatever reason, NIKE seems to be the only company who manages to make shoes that typically are wider in the front and skinnier in the heel. Everyone else makes shoes either too narrow in the front or too wide in the heel…
