Transformers Generations War for Cybertron Golden Disk Collection Chapter 1, Autobot Road Ranger and Autobot Puffer
The Golden Disk is a powerful artifact with the ability to reveal knowledge of the past, the future, and of the infinite possible destinies throughout time. Discover an alternate timeline in which the quantum surge that mutated many Maximals and Predacons into Transmetals, goes very differently…
The quantum surge causes a time vortex, intercepting the GoBot Road Ranger and the Autobots Pipes and Huffer, pulling them through time and space. During the wild journey through the vortex, Huffer and Pipes fuse and arrive on prehistoric Earth as Puffer.
Autobot Road Ranger, the GoBot you were waiting for, and Autobot Puffer figures convert into their truck modes in 15 and 16 steps. Autobot Road Ranger comes with blaster and shield accessories, features deco based on his 2004 GoBots release. Autobot Puffer comes with 2 blaster accessories and features a fun fan nod (insert nod here).
The Golden Disk Collection includes 4 exciting packs, featuring fan-favorite characters involved in the mysterious story of an alternate timeline! (Each sold separately. Subject to availability)

I just got these two in yesterday (and wouldn't you know it, Pulse shipped Jackpot the day they arrived), and I have one, and only one, minor gripe.
I wish that Road Ranger (am I guess by extension, Huffer) could do the cab flip thing like Puffer/Pipes. I think he'd look sick with the Pipes style cab back, and then give Puffer the Huffer orientation for some unique flare.
But that's a minor thing, and I'm sure that has something to do with the accessories on the Pipes tooling being smaller/simpler, and allowing that extra room budget wise for the rotation assembly.
I thought Road Ranger would be my standout of the set, and I definitely do love his colors and head. But honestly, and this may be because I didn't get Pipes yet, but I just can't put down Puffer. Definitely happy with the set.

Yeah, I put him back to "Puffer" mode, but he's going to sit with the other UT characters. Since I don't have Pipes yet, I just had to try to see how well the back would fold down (Spoiler: not well)
Robogeek28
That's who mine is repurposed as, just without the Double Z breast.
Neko-bot77
Mine just arrived from Pulse. Awesome figures, and no mold degradation!
JazzAlert13
Obsolutley goofy… perfect! You’re a genius, Bob, a genius I say!!!

Doesn't quite work, but I might keep Puffer as Cybertron Armorhide anyway…View attachment 29339815

Love these two

The hero quest email was an error. Has nothing to do with Jackpot
ArkinDotWav
Really? That's extremely strange.
Great, now I'm paranoid that they'll just cancel Jackpot on me lol. I'm sure it'll all work out correctly though.
Fenrys
It's Jackpot if you go by the product numbers, for some reason it's just mislabeled in the email as hero quest
ArkinDotWav
Pulse charged me for them. They also sent me an email saying that I would be getting charged for Heroquest, the Mythic Tier, which I never ordered.
Already sent them an email on that. Hopefully it's just an email fluke. Also hopefully these guys ship soon.
Neko-bot77
Pulse charged me for them. Hopefully shipping soon…

Amazon finally charged me for mine about 3 minutes ago. That was a long wait considering they said these 2 were supposed to be delivered today. Then Huffer and hopefully Pipes not too much longer.
TFfangeek
These really are a golden collection of Transformers.

Fingers crossed that Mutant Tigatron and Terrorsaur get released early too. Maybe a January 1st release date to welcome the year 2022? G1 golden disc figures released, BW golden disc figures arriving soon…hopefully.

I just got my copy of Road Ranger/Puffer and Jackpot will arrive on Wednesday!! Thank you Amazon.
JazzAlert13
Hmm… upon closer inspection I may have just gotten a weird copy. What tipped me off was the leg joints are definitely noticeably looser (not enough to be an issue) but now I notice that the waist and head joint are tighter. The arms are about the same. The back/ cab locking point is virtually non existent (it stays in place but the lightest of pulls can bring it out). Weird. But not too big a deal!
Rodimus Prime
My RR is tight. Haven't touched Puffer because I split the box with another user.
JazzAlert13
Just got mine in, love em!!! That being said my Road Ranger is definitely looser than my Huffer. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it uncommon?
