The official HasLab Victory Saber website have been updated with the reveal of the second tier of this crowdfunding campaign: the Autobot stand.
This is an articulated display base for Victory Saber for robot and alt mode as we can see from the images. This stand will be unlocked once the campaign reaches 17000 backers.
The official Transformers Instagram account also posted that Victory Saber prototype will be on display at Fan Expo Dallas this September 17th to 19th.
Don’t miss the chance to support the Haslab Crowdfund Transformers Victory Saber which has got more than 7800 backers at the moment and it’s closer to the goal of 11000 backers.

Haha Hasbro would never give something for free. Notice how all the tiers are stuff we should have just got normally?
WishfulThinking
That's my line of thinking. Tier 5 could be a lottery for an additional figure in a chase deco at no extra cost. I think most fans would be on board with something like that.

I think most people would be! That said, if they did the 'in addition' thing instead for whatever reason – well, I for one would be thrilled if I was expecting a G1 Victory Saber and wound up getting a whole extra toy with a slick AF paintjob that I didn't have to pay any additional shipping on
TF Hot Rod
I would too, I’d keep it in the box and sell it even faster than the normal version. The normal version I debate about opening or not but if I get a Nemesis version I'd 100% keep it in the box and sell it.
optimusmegas
i kinda would too actually
KFGatri
I’d certainly be pissed as hell if I got a “Nemesis” version rather than the one I ordered.

I will only pray hard that they will release a Masterpiece Victory Leo since Star Saber is already release in the Masterpiece series.

Can't wait to get mine
Jmaster99
I poked a sleeping bear with some wording… I would do it again
WishfulThinking
I can easily see them doing a simplified Star Saber in the Earthspark series, without the smaller robot components. A 10-inch $30 version for kids where it takes all of 4-5 steps to transform, essentially.

The only way a new VS would happen would be a new mold in mainline down the road. I'm sure after a few years Hasbro is going to want to do a new Victory Saber, especially if they plan on doing more of the Victory cast in mainline.
Hicks_Royel
Exactly.
WishfulThinking
Someone brought up the idea. I'd be against the idea if it were a switch out of the regular product. I wouldn't care if it were plated in solid 24K gold. I'd want the product I ordered.
But make a Tier 5 as a lottery item that comes in addition to the regular product you would receive – as in you'd get normal VS AND the redeco together…yeah, I could see that being an incentive.

Boredom
SPLIT LIP
Why are we even considering the notion of a chase figure in a crowdfunding campaign?
Missing Sunset
I would not have backed Victory Saber if there was a chance-based aspect that changes the figure in the slightest. Even supplementary stuff; I don’t respect the business model.
Hicks_Royel
Of course. I didn't think we were discussing the idea of a last minute surprise scenario once orders started getting filled.
TickTockGoesTheClock
I think the chase idea is rightfully awful and has no place in a campaign like and will continue to think so till I have one in my hands. However from a purely legal standpoint, the only way this would make sense to any backer would be for the chase concept to require opting in with the knowledge that if you receive a chase, you do not get an original unless you bought more than 2.
Fenrys
Chase variants like that, especially in this scenario, could open them up to lawsuits because they would not be delivering the product that was ordered and didn't disclose the possibility of chase variants during purchasing. It would be an incredibly stupid thing to do.
